Tomiix Posted January 2, 2018 Posted January 2, 2018 Reporting Personnel: Jedark Korpar Rank of Reporting Personnel: Captain Game ID: bSe-avh3 Personnel Involved: - Alexia Wilkinson / Scientist / Culprit - Amelie Baillieu-Marais / Research Director / Witness - Morrigan Linn / Roboticist / Witness Time of Incident: 5:30 - 6:00 Real time: Around 11:00-12:00 Location of Incident: Library - Telescience Nature of Incident: [x]Workplace Hazard[]Accident/Injury[]Destruction of Property[x]Neglect of Duty[]Harassment[]Assault[x]Misconduct[]Other _____ (Place an x in the box that applies. If other, replace line and specify.)Overview of the Incident: I was in the Library partaking in a book when I suddenly found myself in telescience. The teleporter took with me myself, my belongings, the chair I was in, and my pAI. After scanning the room I found the roboticist Linn and Scientist Wilkinson surrounding me. Wilkinson explained that she had been trying to contact me about approving her use of the camera system to allow her to use telescience in rescue missions to medical. I paid her comment no mind, as I had focused on my unwilling transport from the library, and her lack of care for my well being or feelings on the matter. I had called the director over to bring her scientist in line, and look into the matter while I prepared a fax to Central Command with an initial incident report. The director reported back with findings that Wilkinson had not only subverted the chain of command, but had modified the station without permission. Including having a camera console that would allow her to spy on restricted departments. I had ordered her arrest for several charges, including Kidnapping. Which would of indicated being held in security until transfer. She evaded arrest through the use of the telepad. Even after all of this, I decided to be generous and simply order the demotion of her for the remainder of the shift. As without access she was no longer a threat to the station. Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: I had talked with her department head, and faxed Central Command. Agent Bay responded, and spoke with us in a conference, in which he has recorded.Actions taken: She was detained, briged for an appropriate amount of time, and was demoted. These actions and her callous disregard for regulations and directives calls into question her employment at Nanotrasen. Per Agent Bay's request I am filing this follow up report.

Brutishcrab51 Posted January 11, 2018 Posted January 11, 2018 TO: Jedark Korpar, Captain, NSS AuroraFROM: Friederick Tyrent, CCIAA, NTCC Odin SUBJECT: RE: Incident Report -------------------- BODY: Due to overwhelming evidence of gross misconduct and unacceptable activity regarding 20180101-PJonson_AWilkinson; 20180101-JKorpar_AWilkinson investigations concerning Ms Wilkinson, this division has found that Ms Wilkinson is without the discipline and attitude befitting a trained Scientific professional onboard the NSS Aurora. Witness testimony and evidence gathered by this office has brought us to seek permanent termination of Ms. Wilkinson. Evidence to the overwhelming majority suggests, and affirms, the crimes of Ms. Wilkinson: Manslaughter of a crewmember (Preston Prestoff, cloned), multiple counts of Infiltration, multiple counts of Resisting Arrest, one account of Kidnapping, misuse of company resources, and an attitude unbecoming of an individual expected to act within a cooperative environment among professionals. We at NanoTrasen have always believed in second chances. However, Ms Wilkinson's flagrant disregard for our most basic protocols, procedures, and the laws of the Federal Republic of Biesel which the NSS Aurora and NanoTrasen as a whole resides within has assured that her employment with the NanoTrasen Corporation cannot be continued. Similarly, this office will and has begun to forward relevant evidence, testimonies, and reports to necessary Federal Republic of Biesel agencies, to pursue the arrest and charging of Ms Wilkinson, for the following accounts of Manslaughter, and Kidnapping. It is unfortunate that in our new year of 2460 that such a heinous activity has been brought to occur, NanoTrasen reaffirms that it is dedicated to lawful behavior, and our installations are no different from the civil society under the watchful eyes of the Republic's security services. This Incident Report is hereby considered closed. -------------------- DTG: 11-12:39-TAU CETI STANDARD-01-2460 SIGN: Friederick Tyrent
