LordBalkara Posted February 7, 2018 Posted February 7, 2018 It's a bit silly that the chaplain can wave his bible over a fire extinguisher, and the fire extinguisher won't extinguish fires, or kill slimes, any more. I looked at the code, and while I don't know how to code and might be wrong, I think it's possible to atleast apply the fire extinguishing and slime-killing effects to holy water. It would also be nice if other effects, such as being able to water plants, were applied as well, but if they can't be, that's fine.
Zundy Posted February 7, 2018 Posted February 7, 2018 Woah hold on. I had the power to low-key troll across the station by blessing everything that contains water to make it useless this whole time? I need to log in as my priest!
LordFowl Posted February 7, 2018 Posted February 7, 2018 This is for the most part incorrect - holy water reagent is a sub-type of water and inherits most of water's properties.
Lohikar Posted February 7, 2018 Posted February 7, 2018 This is for the most part incorrect - holy water reagent is a sub-type of water and inherits most of water's properties. The reagent ID is different; most things that look for water are checking for the reagent ID specifically iirc, not water's inherent properties.
