During the shift, the CMO continued to harass me by saying that I wasn't able to do my job and getting other staff to say how horrible my voice sounded WHILE I WAS WITH A PATIENT, and this continued when the patient ran off, in fact, the patient was undergoing a mandatory evaluation, and the CMO said they could refuse it. The CMO did this the entire shift, poking at me, or getting other employees to do so.
