Overview of the Incident:

RD Summers died due to a incident with a shocked vending machine.

The crew member responsible has been charged with murder.

After they have been cloned Mr. Farson treated RD Summers.

On the transfer shuttle I asked RD Summers if they were alright and they reported that:

* They have been placed next to their corpse by Mr. Farson

* Mr. Farson´s cane was covered in blood

* They have been yelled at by Mr. Farson to leave the medical bay.

As the transfer shuttle was departing, I did not have enough time to investigate these incidents. A arrest warrant has been filed to detain and question Mr. Farson regarding these allegations, however he was nowhere to be found on the shuttle.

Actions taken: Arrest Warrant filed. Mr. Farson could not be located.

I have adviced the RD to file a IR herself, however I am unsure if she was able to do so.
