I completely agree with this. For instance, the people at my school are continuously making Ebola jokes, and fail to realize how many have died to it, yet still wish it upon others. Most video games come to mind as well.

Would it be possible to request a drawing for a character? If so, could somone draw Mansoor Hosni, one of my tajaran? Details: Cream colored fur (RGB 205, 175, 149), five foot ten inches tall, always has a nervous/shy expression on his face, wears a medical HuD, wears blue scrubs or a white jumpsuit (whatevers easier to draw), rather thin frame, and you can do what you want for the rest of the details.

BYOND Key: KiwiDaNinja Staff BYOND Key: SueTheCake Reason for complaint: During the end of the round, worms had killed all crew on the station. Myself and Bughunter66 were roleplaying in the maintenance storage. (Sukri had a mental breakdown, and Bughunter66, playing Ashlie Palmer, was accompanying me in the maintenance storage.) At round end, as I was told, SueTheCake said through deadchat "Jump to Sukri", and proceeded to spawn as a spaceworm head in a fire locker, which ended up eating myself and Bughunter66, of which had interrupted the roleplay between Bughunter66 and myself. If the round needed to be ended, a restart would have been a better choice, in my opinion. Evidence/logs/etc: No text was recorded, as it was the end of the round, however people may be able to say something about what happened. Additional remarks: Bughunter66 has messaged me on Byond, saying the worm thing had irritated him aswell. Apologies to Sue, if it was another staff member who did this.

What will the event be, specifically? Like, what will we do.

That hardsuit looks like a sort of like a "juggernaut" sort of armor. Put one on nuke team with some machinegun?

Who plays airsoft, and what kind of fancy machines do you all have. I play at a range in southern california. I have a rifle, of which I forget the model and maker of, which has a handle attached to it. It have a KWA (I think) gas blow back 1911, with a single round/three round burst selector. I have some bad-fitting fatigues, and a holster for my pistol.

Make me a siege engineer,if that's a thing

Ability to put masks in helmets, if it isnt already possible, by targetting mouth and clicking helmet with gasmask/mask. Jetpacks on the torso. Aim for chest, click on hardsuit. Perhaps allow us to mount weapons on hardsuits, like on the wrist, and go through object tab to activate them in the hand? (tasers/laser rifle or pistol for security, syringe gun for medical, flamethrower for engineering)

The thing is, too, from what I have seen, people vote for whatever has the most votes, so if a few people vote for cult, then a massive amount follow. Edit: Also, with it just being Extended or Secret, it would be harder to metagame against, say, Vox or Nuke.

A cheap mech for Cargo, like the one in the picture above, would be quite interesting to use to haul crates. And crush people.

For his early childhood, he had stayed with his Engineer father. However, in his later child years to teenage years, he had been with his mother, scurrying though the maintenance shafts, learning about the ship he had lived his whole life inside and out. For the majority of his life, he had virtually never interacted with anyone other than the crew of the cargo ship. However, one day, he was twenty two, and the ship had been docked at a trade station in Biesel. Sukri had decided to leave the ship and explore the terminal the ship was docked in. Due to his lack of clothing other than his Engineering garb, he had to leave with his jumpsuit of which identified him as an engineer. Sukri had wandered off, and ended up in the civilian section of the station. He had found himself a small cafe that served food similar to that on the ship, of which also overlooked the hulking freighter he had grown up on. He had used the little credits he had scooped up on his way out of his ship to order some food, yet halfway through the meal, a voice said something via the Intercom. "Private Owned Hauler Basilisk will be departing shortly." Sukri, after hearing the intercom message, immediately stood up and sprinted towards his terminal. The station was crowded at the time, so he had to weave his way through a thick crowd of people. He had eventually made it back to his dock. The ship, however, had already begun undocking. The behemoth locks restraining the ship to the station had released, and the enormous cargo airlocks were beginning to close. Sukri had tried to sprint faster, however was unable to make it to the airlock before it had closed. He watched as the ship began to drift away from the station, and as it finally flew away. Sukri had slumped to his knees, sobbing, knowing that he would be seperated from everyone he knew for a very long time. Sukri had returned to the cafe, his fur below his eyes soaked with tears, his eyes bloodshot. He slumped down into a chair in a far corner, staring off into space. After sitting there for about fifteen minutes, the owner of the cafe approaches Sukri. "Uh, hey? You okay?" Sukri, after a moments thought, replied to the Cafe owner. "He was left behind. Everyone he knew... gone... Without money. Without friends. Without family." The cafe owner decided to give Sukri a job as a bartender and maintenance technician in his small Cafe. Sukri had eventually learned how to make basic drinks, and, being a repair-man for the cafe, was able to tinker and improve the devices. One day, a Nanotransen Recruitment Officer had been on the trade station for his shuttle to refuel, and had gone to the cafe to order some food. Sukri, at the time the Recruit Officer had entered the Cafe, had been tinkering with the drinks machine. The Recruitment Officer had taken notice to Sukri's skills as a tinkerer, and had walked up to him, and eventually convinced Sukri to apply to join Nanotransen as an Atmospheric Technician. Sukri, after being hired as a Atmospheric Technician, was transferred to the N.S.S Aurora, as an Atmospheric Technician. What do you like about this character? Hes generally distrusting, but will fiercely protect close friends. How would you rate your role-playing ability? Good, however if I am tired, it is not as good. Notes: That backstory took a while to write, while playing a round at the same time.

A man walks in from off-screen, places a cup of coffee onto the desk, and places himself into the cheap office chair in a room which seems to be a medical break room, in the back showing a table, chairs, and a few vending machines. Upon further inspection of the man, he is donning a Emergency Physician coat, a white medical jumpsuit, and an ID tag of which reads "Dr Vee - Emergency Physician". He reaches up to the camera with a rather bony arm, and nudges the camera around to be sure its aligned, and then mumbles something under this breath, something about "This damn thing is difficult to work with." "Alright, this seems to be working fine. I guess I can be asked questions?"

From my experience with your characters, your a wonderful roleplayer. Plus, Skrell are so rare these days here in the lonely Inner Colonies on Aurora. +1

Going to bump this, so it doesnt get sucked into the deep dark depths of the applications forum.

A few rounds ago, he was playing as a psychologist, and had taken the box of syringes, syringe gun, straight jacket, and muzzle with him out of the Medbay and we had to have the majority of Medbay confront him about it to get the stuff back. Then later, he ran into the Medbay lobby with two syringes and stabbed himself with some unknown chemical that eventually killed him. We ended up using quite a bit of anti toxin on him, and I dont remember if a chemist was on duty, but the point is that we used chemicals on his suicide attempt that could have been used on other people.
