READ AT YOUR OWN RISK! Alright... Here we go... BYOND key: DeezyJ Character names: Lana Hice, Dominick Rockwell, Steve(android), Mia Newton (future character for head position, read information below) How long have you been playing on Aurora?: Since 02.01.2015 Why do you wish to be on the whitelist?: I am ready to bring up my roleplay on the next level. New responsibilities will open a ways to produce more fun to other players. This includes taking care(not violent control) over my subordinates, teaching them new things if they want to and giving an important tips so they could even master own roleplay, to the best of my abilities( I believe they are not silly as long as i know(for example) how to set up RUST Tokamak engine and making an attempts to develop new tools for roleplay (CRS ® , we will talk about it later maybe, it's more likely WIP.)) Oh, and i almost forgot, it happens i often play in a dead hours because of my GMT when there's 2-4 players on the server, so i could easy put them on the right path and help them to avoid bullshit behaviour caused by boredome by making my own small events like fire drills, picnic's, celebrations, trainings and atc. Why did you come to Aurora?: Perfect mix of role play and action, adequate and friendly players, responsible admin team. Also reminds me Apollo 17 i used to play on more than a year ago( heavy rp server with not only extended gamemode and custom events). Have you read the BS12 wiki on the head roles you plan on playing?: Learned them long ago. Please provide well articulated and argumented answers to the following questions in a paragraph each. Give a definition of what you think roleplay is, and should be about: Role-playing refers to the changing of one's behaviour to assume a role, either unconsciously to fill a social role, or consciously to act out an adopted role. That's clear. Personally i think roleplay is a complex of measures and unconscious brain reactions that forces your mind to swap with a virtual character that you control. I bet you know what i am talking about: You move, you breath, you feel emotions, adrenaline, your hands are sweating, you have an erection(while you are sitting in your chair near computer or whatever) and so on. "Basically -roleplay is a fantastic drug that makes you addicted." -DeezyJ What do you think the OOC purpose of a Head of Staff is, ingame?: Before you become head of staff you should know several things. It's not a jokes to role play an authority on the space station. People who are playing with you always watch your behaviour, they rely on you, your knowledge and experience in difficult IC and OOC situations and expecting a good output from you. You should know as long as you are playing a head you represent a people who maintaining a server(basically because they added you to a whitelist), you are unofficial "face of the server"- some people can even unconsciously determine the quality of a gameplay here by your behaviour in IC and OOC as well. Always keep it in mind and behave accordingly- is one of your main purposes. This applies to every head. What do you think the OOC responsibilities of Whitelisted players are to other players, and how would you strive to uphold them?: First of all- ALWAYS FOLLOW SERVER RULES. Should i even tell that? Help to maintain order on a server, don't shit where you eat. You thought you got whitelisted and that's all? You can have fun by yourself, ignore, disrespect others, go afk whenever the hell you want and spit on them from a high tower because you are now "whitelisted" and better than other players? NO, NO and NO my dear! If you were reading all my application- you may notice i am trying to tell as long as you are whitelisted- you are "intellectual property" of the server. You are responsible not only for your subordinates in IC, you are responsible for quality of Roleplay! How you may ask? It's simple! You have a lever in your hands that can control people behaviour in IC, you are a center of attention and a source of events whether they good or not. Even if a person is not adequate you MUST appoint him to the way of truth no matter what and to the best of your abilities (maybe even through OOC or LOOC demand to read and follow the rules and maintain basic roleplay), even if a price is your nerves. That's what i think. I can and will take, as well as uphold, full responsibility for quality of my actions directed to game/role play improvement for other players using my knowledge and experience in the game. Besides all that i always take care about fun if it's relevant. How good it will be? That's up to you to decide! Alright. Considering i am going to integrate CRS ® system to allow other players unlock my backstory i think it's a bit metagame to provide everyone information about your character. I won't spoil the character i am going to use for a head position(Mia Newton). She is delicately developed for Head of Personnel position and will comply with all TIER10 Occupation Specific Requirements, including education, upper-management aptitude, advanced psychological screening and management experience. I DON'T MAKE RAMBO SURGEON SPACE-PIRATE HALF-CYBORG CHARACTERS! AMAZED? And yes, as long as i am not writing the rules here i decided to pick Lana Hice for a section below. Please pick one of your characters for this section, and provide well articulated responses to the following questions. Character name: Lana Hice Character age: 32 Please provide a short biography of this character (approx 2 paragraphs): Mars. The fourth planet out from Sol and one of the most populated worlds in human space. Olympia is the planetary capital of Mars located within the Galle Crater Terraformed Zone and a place Lana was born. 15 January 2425 she took her first breath. It was a memorable day to her parents Elina and Adam Hice. She grew up in a complete family, was smart and curious girl so her parents decided to send her to Olympus technological school in 2431. At the age of 17 she finished her education and decided to find a job. Unfortunately for her at that time it was a peak of unemployment crisis on Mars and she had no choice but to move to New Concordia. New Concordia is the station on Mars orbit with a well- developed infrastructure where majority of senior administration facilities and personnel reside. She settled down there and started to look for a job. After a while she was able to get a janitor position in one of the most prestigious restaurants. It was a hard time for her, but she was not discouraged. A turning point in her life was a moment when she met a young but experienced bartender from Earth- Eric John Stark. Every day after the end of the shift, he was teaching her the art of bartending. It was a short but memorable romance until he left New Concordia in unknown direction. As a result she took over his position after proving she worth it and finally were able to start a fulfilling life. Besides her work, she became interested in Sol Alliance Stock Exchange. Mars' economy is developed and mixed, with it's largest industries being orbital construction, mining, salvaging and a small but rapidly growing hydroponics industry. A lot of people(and not only) were making huge money out of small investments to raw materials stock exchange. Everything was finally settled in her life and she really enjoyed it, but her heart was empty. She was young and full of ambitions mixed up with thirst for adventure. Days were passing, clocks were ticking and nothing changed...until one day the "gentleman" entered the bar. That "gentleman" offered what she wanted. Her NT Employment date is 25 october 2451. Oh, i got a sweet Martian landscape here What do you like about this character?:I feel comfortable while possessing this character. It's cozy and warm inside. What do you dislike about this character?: She is too kind for others, what's the point even? Do you think this character is fit to be a Head of Staff?: No.(If you are curious why?- You have missed important information above!) Why?: Because she doesn't fit for Head of Staff requirements. Her experience is limited and she doesn't have proper education and training. Please provide well articulated and argumented answers to the following questions. How would you rate your own roleplaying?: No one will ever give himself adequate assessment. I won't tell how good or bad i am, i want to ask a player's about it. Extent of my RP with DeezyJ was when he was playing Steve. That synthetic is always responsive and helpful, which makes me think that they are not only a good RPer, but also a very capable player. +1 Link to comment

Also, Lana Hice is awesome character, with greatest history, i was RP with that character and i would say that it's the best bartender with own drinlist and cocktail history.
