Crozarius
I've recently had two bad experiences with Peppermint96's play, and both are related to severe deficiencies in their ability to coordinate a team, and with their mechanical competence. In the first instance (b4l-bvfy), Red Dock had been bombed open, and we were on the shuttle. I broke into the medical area of the shuttle with the intention of using the oxygen canister to re-pressurise the shuttle once it was underway, but I collapsed due to low pressure. Peppermint96 approached, I told them of my plan, and they proceeded to throw me into the cryo-tube, take the oxygen canister away, and leave me in the vented room, with no attached oxygen canister. He repressurised the main portion of the shuttle, and left me in the tube to die because the lower room was cut off from the oxygen. In the very next round (Which is referred to by KingOfThePing above) they proceeded to join as Felicity Larson, CMO. A major bombing had occurred and I had suffered arterial bleeding to my leg, and skull fractures, and much of the main level was venting. I told the EMT (?) who found my that I had a severed artery in my leg, and my leg was squirting blood. I was taken out of the elevator where I was trying to get to unbreached surface, back to the breached and vented Medical. Instead of stabilising my arterial bleeding and taking me to a non-vented location, the CMO proceeded to stand there with his surgeon for just on 10 minutes doing surgery on my broken skull while I bled out through my leg, on a stretcher in the main hallway with no anaesthetic or soporific, while the area was vented. There were alternatives such as taking the elevator up to surface, maintenance, or any section of the station aft which was not vented, but they weren't taken. They didn't know basic things about medical such as how to Grab + Help to examine bodyparts for damage and arterial bleeding, they didn't know that it's a bad idea to do surgery without anaesthetic, and they didn't appear to know that people die when in a vacuum. When I spoke to them in deadchat, they tried to shift blame onto the surgeon, saying that it was entirely their fault because they went SSD - despite the fact that the surgeon told the CMO in LOOC that they had to leave, and the they proceeded to do nothing. It was the CMO's call to do non-critical surgery in a vented area without first stabilising the patient, and they were doing the surgery on my skull - because I happened to be conscious for the part where they put bone gel on my skull. I had notified both the person who picked me up, and the CMO that my leg had been ruined, and that my head hurt. They failed to correctly diagnose me, didn't use the grab+help diagnostic method, and ignored my saying that the bleeding was in my leg. They clearly do not have a firm grasp on medical mechanics and should not be playing as CMO, and I also find their willingness to throw other players under the bus for their own mistakes disturbing for someone who intends to play as Command. -1 Link to comment
Peppermint
I wasn't going to reply to anything further, but looks like I kinda gotta. During your first example, you seem to be missing the part where I arrived late to a malf AI round where the SM ha degraded, all of security was dead, and there was a small army of borgs (As Captain). I got in and called the shuttle practically instantly as the crew made it very clear they were unable to handle the issue. I'm not exactly sure what type of co-ordination you wanted here, but there you have it. In the shuttle, you were dying from multiple injuries and told me to unwrench the oxygen canister and move it into the main area. Again, you told me to do this, which I did. You even threw me the darn wrench, so I'm unsure why you've written it out as if I swooped in and stole your thunder.. Which is..something I did, after putting you into cryo seeing as you had 120+ brute and something like 70+ hypoxia. I.E You were going to die anyway. I'd also note that we had exactly zero medical players this shift, presumably because they were dead. I made a mistake in not knowing the medical area was vented and fully admit to that, which I did multiple times in OOC with a whole host of apologies. As for the CMO round, the entire main level was vented and medical was a crater. I should have thought of maints/the elevator - which you and another said after - and grab/examine, which is something I'm aware of but didn't think about at the time. I admitted this fault and do take my share of the blame for that mess, but likewise the surgeon was as huge issue. As I detailed in death chat, I have the logs if you'd like. He only told me he was going AFK after I'd already stepped in as he'd been staring at you for the past five minutes whilst I was in/out of medical grabbing supplies. I made a bunch of assumptions that turned out to be wrong, which -again - I admitted to doing. For whatever reason, examine didn't show any arterial bleeding and neither did your sprite, so seeing as you'd arrived on 5% hp I assumed internal bleeding. When I first asked you what the problem was. you told me it was your head and only later mentioned your legs. I thought it was internal bleeding and set about fixing that, but then switched to fix the break seeing as it didn't take long and there was an incision already. Again, I freely admit to having fucked up, as I did so yesterday in death chat. I def think I've had a few bad rounds recently, but had a good start. Which is hopefully shown via the amount of positive feedback I got earlier on and throughout. But have made some pretty darn large errors recently too, so - if require - I'd like to request an extension to the trial. Edited November 23, 2019 by Lemei Link to comment

We've all had rounds that go tits up, and honestly playing as F.R.E.N. in medbay I have had positive interactions with your character. I did notice that sometimes you were out of the medical bay a bit too much, but I understand some of that may be trying to get the character involved and prove yourself. I will also say in your defense for most of these shitty rounds you have been saddled with a few really grey employees, this is true, I noticed it as well, however I would encourage you to learn to let them be grey, it can be tempting to take the reigns in a terrible situation, and this sometimes results in a lot of confusion. Especially if you join mid round. Anyways I am a bit tired so I will stop rambling. To sum it up, I enjoyed 'working' for this character from a borg perspective, and I do not think a few bad rounds towards the end of their trial should be the nail in the coffin. Give them an extension to correct the valid issues presented here, I believe there is potential to be found here. With that stated I am giving a tentative +1, you seem willing to see your errors and want to correct them. The mistakes with mechanics can be easily fixed and learned, the personality type to play command is harder to come by. Edited November 23, 2019 by StationCrab Link to comment
Shadow
Due to the fact that your feedback has ranged from amazingly positive to subpar there will be an extension of your trial until Monday 2019/11/25. Do your best to convince people and advertise your application once per round. Link to comment
Wigglesworth Jones
Going to give them a -1 due to poor communication skills and general bad performance. While they're a fine officer, I do not believe they are suited to command. On round b4n-aLCQ, they appeared to focus only on their security department and were, quite honestly, not the best at talking over command radio. Part of being a Head of Staff involves communicating with other heads (and a representative, if there is one,) which they haven't shown from my experiences with Roche. Additionally, they made a decision to arrest the consular while he was being interviewed, claiming that they received enough information to arrest them. This was despite the fact that they only questioned the people the consular was in conflict with. As stated above, they do not seem to be capable in coordinating a team yet. -1 sorry if it doesn't make sense I wrote this at 12 am Link to comment

Likewise I was in constant communication with the captain throughout the round, whilst dealing with multiple changlings, so I'm not entirely sure what this is based on. Your character spent the rest of the round angry that my team did not somehow immediately teleport to your location where you yourself - as consular - decided to wade into a fight and act as security despite it being out of your jurisdiction. You then shot two people rather than waiting for security to handle it. At no point did I attempt any kind of actual arrest, but instead wanted the captain to drop the immunity in case I had to . At no point did I make any choice, and instead left it all down to the captain whilst me and him were talking about it over the sec channel. A -1 over a single round where your biggest complaint is lack of communication with someone I was fairly sure had committed crimes - especially when the captain stepped in to deal with it - seems a bit much. Especially as this the only round we've interacted together on. As a side note, I've made a character complaint based on your conduct that round as a non-antagonist.
