Evidence/logs/etc: Quoting (I don't know how the quote function works): "Okay my dude, Im gonna give you a final chance here. If you've grown out of your bad ways, then thats great. But this is your one and only warning. If you are caught being an lrp shitter, or if you are combative with staff regarding any matter, you're out of here and you lose your ability to appeal. If you can accept these terms, I will lift the ban." It specifically said "being an lrp shitter, or if you are combative with staff with any matter". I do not personally think immersion breaking is considered being a lrp shitter. When you say LRP shitter, I assume stuff like minging in HL2RP, acting like a complete retard, greytide, or just murderboning. And I do not think I was combative or rude with staff during my entire stay in the server. If you had said I would be banned for ANY offense, I would be much more paranoid and alert to not break any rules, until I had shapen up to not fuck everything up, This worked suprisingly well when I was in Colonial Marines. And if does get accepted (somehow), then you can guarantee im not gonna appeal another ban if I fuck up, again. Additional remarks:

But, I will be sincere here, you have a lot of notes, warning, bans and around two permabans. There is zero reason to trust that you will behave after all those chances. I don't really see what is wrong with the mod's choice of keeping you banned.

You can't ask for notes, you don't know if after the ahelp was closed you were noted or not, you just completly forget about it. Had you allowed players to check their notes, we could see the severity of our situation, and that would be a massive encouragement to start behaving. Speaking of which, can I please for the love of god see my notes? Also, this isn't really a complaint, im just agaisnt the decision of my ban request being rejected. Just to poke this in, you should not need to see your notes to behave, the rules and standards are well defined out.
Guest Posted December 9, 2019 Posted December 9, 2019 I think if you saw a list of bad stuff you did during all these years, you wouldn't want to repeat those anymore. Though at this point, I don't exactly need to see my notes to realize that, now that I remember that I played here since 2015.
Alberyk Posted December 9, 2019 Posted December 9, 2019 A lot of those notes are warning, temporary bans and the perma bans, you can clearly see those, and most of the times, people won't place notes without talking to you. The reason why your application was denied is because from your shitory, it seems that you do not learn or you are trying to improve.

I honestly only glanced at your notes after I viewed your warnings and bans. Even if I removed your notes from the equations, your notes which you could view and the bans which you had to be there for to receive, they are still too immense. I also noticed that your “I’ve learned and grown” is essentially a repeat of previous times. I have zero reason to believe any of it would not just happen again. It might not be nice to hear, but this is the reality of the matter from my perspective. I remain firm with my decision on denying your appeal. Edit: I’ll be free enough tomorrow most likely for a more in-depth review of my decision.

Because im banned from most HRP servers except from the world server (why is mostly deadpop, therefore really boring and not worth playing actively) than those really strange servers on the bottom of the hub.
