Guest Marlon Phoenix Posted January 25, 2020 Posted January 25, 2020 Humans are endurance hunters and no other species should be able to outrun them. Please consider buffing their stamina to provide a more clear and present advantage in sustained combat. This should also come with a higher rate of stamina regen compared to other species.
GreenBoi Posted January 25, 2020 Posted January 25, 2020 I say no to this. The only species that can outlast them in stamina are Vaurcae Workers, by 4 seconds- but they regen their stamina back slower and can only safely do it really through k'ois. All other species are either fast w/ medium stamina or lightning quick w/ short stamina. I think a buff like this would actually just make them last too fast. Reminder that they can run for 24 seconds (which means Workers are 28 seconds), a 1.5 buff would mean 32 seconds of prolonged running; that is scary in combination with Hyperzine or stimms.
Naelynn Posted January 25, 2020 Posted January 25, 2020 I'm actually inclined to agree with this suggestion. Why? Because despite humans supposedly being persistence hunters who can jog for hours if in shape, your average Taj can outrun them forever by walking.
AmoryBlaine Posted January 25, 2020 Posted January 25, 2020 Just make it so we aren't slow with yellow hunger. Like God damn, I'm a bit hungry, why am I struggling to walk?
Guest Marlon Phoenix Posted January 25, 2020 Posted January 25, 2020 (edited) Humans being able to sprint on an empty tummy would be powerful. Maybe only humans can do that run thing where your body has no nutrients so it starts burning whatever else its called. Keto? Uhhh Edited January 25, 2020 by Marlon Phoenix
