Give yourself transfusions

I thought to myself - blood packs are cool, as are IVs but have you ever had a transfusion (saline or blood or memes) without one? In real life, it is perfectly possible to give yourself a transfusion while holding a bag of X in your hands high enough/above your head after you pricked yourself (granted you know where to do that). I have done it myself, to myself. It is not hard, not even walking, as soon as the needle's in. Running maybe not, have not tried it. I propose to be able to give yourself or others a transfusion, while holding a blood/saline/whatever bag in your hand. ToolboxEnthusiast pointed out to me that this is already a feature in Baycode.

this would be nice for those antags-have-fucked-everything-up rounds where i can't find any IV poles to fix people's brain damage with. i'd like it.

Would be a very good addition for the sake of stopping the comas blood loss tends to inflict on antags.

I am not proficient with the codebases or github in general. I can try to find it but I cannot promise anything.
