Aphelion Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 I had this issue just recently. Where the CMO and my roboticist spoke for about ten minutes, regarding if a patient had eyes or not, because she thought I'd done the operation in a few seconds, and I had not even started, but I assumed she was saying that his eyes were fixed earlier by someone else. Pretty simple, I think. If someone is missing eyes, it should check if eyes are not covered and then say "HE/SHE is missing His/her eyes!" in big red text, similar to being dismembered in other ways.
Melariara Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 Shouldn't it say it on the deep scan print out?
limette Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 I feel like you should be able to tell such a thing without a deep scan, if they don't have glasses on.

Yes, but I didn't have the printout, and the CMO (after a very long shift) thought that the sprite having blue eyes was an indication of the prosthetic eyes already having been installed. It would just be easier to identify, although I know, it doesn't come up that often.
Carver Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 This probably should be something obvious in most cases.
Faye <3 Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 (edited) this situation genuinely felt like something out of scooby doo. we both went back to the OR to install new eyes on the dude. the dude's sprite had blue eyes and i was expecting like....black pits? or something to indicate 'this man has no mf eyes' and the default blue eyes made me think the roboticist had done it, which made her think i had done it b/c i said "oh, can you see now?" or smth to the dude and we both just confused each other for like 10 minutes b/c it doesn't say ' THIS MAN IS MISSING HIS EYES' on the examine, lmaoooo. in other words, drake, where's the door hole?
