Reason of Ban: constantly poor roleplaying, chucklefucking, lying to admins.

Reason for Appeal: I have improved my roleplay and attempted to improve my reputation on Aurorastation. I realize that the cause of my ban from before was because I wasn't a very good roleplayer and I've improved since then, so I think I'm ready to come back on to Aurora-station.

Could you please clarify what exactly you believe you have improved on, and for that matter, why this change should result in your ban being lifted? Simply saying you've improved your roleplay since then is rather vague, and for something as serious as an permaban, further clarification is requested.

If you're the same guy I remember, you were one of the biggest chucklefucks to grace the station. You'd constantly self-antag and try to robust the security officers arresting you. Those moments where you did, it would just turn out awful. I can clearly remember one instance where you took a downed officer's HUD and used it to set everyone in sight to arrest as Beepsky frantically stunned everyone.

I also remember you raiding the armory and, even as a warden(?) take the bulletproof vest without reason.

Funny thing is, while complaints piled up against you, you seemed to not get punishment at all. It was always "I won't do it again" promptly before doing it again. I can probably dig up on the old Aurora forums some of those complaints.

So what I'm saying is, you've done a lot to earn your ban. I have no doubt that you're ready to come back here. But why should we let you, other than because "I wasn't a very good roleplayer", which is what everyone says when they have nothing to say. How could you have improved?

I remember you, and I honestly wish I was still an admin so I could read your notes again because a lot of them were hilarious.

But yeah, it sorta looks like this might be a tough sell for you. If anything, coming back from a permaban attributed to repeated abuse (of the most annoying kind), you'd be best to write a slightly longer post, so people can get a feel for what you're like now.

Holy shit, I remember this guy...

I've been dealing with this guy for four days, I've not had a pleasurable experience with him to date, first round I saw him on, he took an SSD officers gear, including ID and pretended to be the officer until he released two griefers who were in perma for bombing the station. (Soundscopes was on for this)

The next round I was on with him he tried to overthrow the captain as an assistant and succeeded in almost killing the captain, but before that he and some other guy walked into medbay and attacked my 45 year old doctor character because I wouldn't support them. (Halorocks was on for this)

The next round was yesterday, he played as a warden and refused to follow orders until eventually he risked station integrity by opening a vented area while just being ordered not to. When he was finally asked to hand in his ID, he attacked both me and Gamegod, the Acting captain and HoS respectively.

The next time after that is the round Forgotten mentioned, and he was just as bad in that one.

Honestly I wish I'd have saved the logs but this guy self antags so damn much, and it's not even fun to deal with, he's a griefer plain and simple, and he works with a few other griefers.

I support this ban with a full heart.

 

My old quote. But I believe everyone deserves extra chances if they are willing to change. So I support his unban

If I've said it before, I'll say it a million times.

Sure, giving somebody one or two chances is good, but I'm pretty sure this dude has gotten his chances. From his statement, I'm not sure he completely understands what he did wrong, in the first place.
