I believe that I deserved punishment for what I did and said, I do. However, a perma ban, not only a perma but the ability to not appeal it in six months is down right unjust in it's truest form. I would of taken any punishment and understood why, because what I did was wrong and did not fit the server. However, after speaking with select members of the community and select staff about this issue, it is clear to me that this was way beyond any simple ban. We've gone over your history and found way more than enough infractions to warrant a permanent ban, especially considering your terrible attitude all-around. And this is not even a problem only on our server: I've found out that you appealed the same kind of ban on Bay and it was rejected due to the same kind of history. The punishment will not be lowered. This is being archived in 24 hours.
