How long have you been playing on Aurora?: Around half a year or so.

Why do you wish to be on the whitelist?: I think I'm ready for the responsibility.

Why did you come to Aurora?: Aurora had the right mix of excitement and roleplay that I was looking for.

Have you received any administrative actions? And how serious were they?: Two tempory antag bans and a couple notes.

Give a definition of what you think roleplay is, and should be about:

Roleplay is a form of entertainment wherein you pretend to be something you are not. You can pretend to be something as mundane as a regular human, working a regular job, just trying to exist in the setting. However, you can also be something as unique as an alien species. The only limits are those you impose on yourself, and the limits imposed by the setting. With roleplay you can express yourself in ways that are not possible with other forms of entertainment.

What do you think the OOC purpose of a Head of Staff is, in-game?:

I think the OOC purpose of a Head of Staff is two-fold. First, they serve as leaders and examples. Specifically, on the sort of behavior that is and isn't acceptable on the server. Secondly, they are there as educators. A Head of Staff should be knowledgeable about their department, which makes them excellent sources of information.

What do you think the OOC responsibilities of Whitelisted players are to other players, and how would you strive to uphold them?:

In addition to the responsibilities listed in the previous paragraph, whitelisted players have one other thing they must take into consideration. Command has access to powerful tools that can change the direction the round takes, so it is up to them to use them wisely. Just because you can shut down an antag thirty minutes into the round, doesn't mean you should.

Could you give us the gist of what is currently happening in Tau ceti and how it affected your character and their career?

Between the Phoron shortage, the SCC forming, and a literal hostile invasion things have been a bit hectic in Tau Ceti. Sam had a real nice gig, on Biesel itself, before coming to Aurora. While it didn't pay as well, it didn't come with the added risk of being boarded by Solarian soldiers. Unfortunately, being a company owned IPC means she doesn't really have much choice in the matter.

I've played so many rounds with Nesh, and every character I've met has something going for them. Their IC playstyle is fantastic as well. Xinth is the best bug on this server. +1 from me. Hope you get it!
