The Joke:
Welcome aboard the Aurora! Time to begin your wo- Oh my, it appears you've gotten the big red text saying you're a traitor, how wonderous! What schemes will you come up with? What evil plots do you dare carry out? The skies the limit! Great! You've found an interesting Gimmick! Now to start of your dastardly deed, perhaps you need to crack open a door? Maybe you need to steal something? Or maybe you've taken the leap and abducted someone? Whatever it maybe, you've gone and done it! But unbeknownst to you, despite your best efforts, you've left a tiny fragment of your clothing behind, or maybe you've really done goofed up and touched something with your grubby mitts! No matter, you've done it now, time to sit back and wait for the next opportunity, get some work done- BANG, BANG, BANG, Oh my, someone's knocking at your departments door, "Why hello there, Mister Investigator man, what do you need?", All of a sudden your walls cave in, the doors behind you explode, glass shatters, and the Jackboots in Blue rush in clad in Corporate Black Body Armour holding Anti-Materiel Cannons, Carbines and Rifles, before long you're in Cuffs and you're thrown in the slammer...

Antag: 0
The Fuzz: 1

If only you didn't leave that one singular fingerprint behind.

The Serious:
Alright, now I've got that out of the way, I'll dive right into what I am proposing. I believe the Antag Uplink should be given a new item, The Fiberless Suit ™, (Still don't have a real good name for it), this suit intends to be a new Antag item that allows the forces of evil to stealthily move about the station even when their actions maybe careless at times, the suit, as the name suggests, leaves absolutely no Fibers (Or possibly an extremely unique fiber seen nowhere else.) and no fingerprints allowing the user to be practically anonymous in the eyes of investigations. This is the simple part of the suit, the next part I am pitching is in my personal opinion the best part of it that would allow for an extremely expanded list of options the Antag can choose from, but with that said it could also just be left as is, a Fiberless suit. I believe that the suit should also be able to copy peoples fibers/finger prints, how this maybe done is with an item the person you wish to copy has touches, for example, you are a bartender and a Cargo Technician drinks what they ordered and leaves, you grab the glass and bring up your Fiberless suit and left click, a menu could come up stating the names of the people who have touches this glass, you click on the Cargo Techs name and the suit integrates their Fingerprint and their fiber into its database allowing for you to later switch it to this poor Cargo Tech.

I believe this feature, as said before, would create an absolutely massive amount of interesting RP situations and is pretty much the star feature of the Suit, here, let me give an example: You are the previously mentioned Bartender, you have access to the Fibers and Fingerprints of all of the unlucky souls who've entered your bar! You gather a database on your suit and once you're satisfied with say five or four people, you move off, you begin your evil deeds, breaking into a restricted area, perchance into Command or maybe Security, just to stir the pot, poke the bear even. You do an absolutely sloppy job, leaving panels wide open where you entered and left, grabbing everything your hands can get a hold of! But it isn't your DNA that's being plastered over the crime scene, it's someone else's, fast forward, an Arrest is made, and not you for once! The Officers interact with this framed crewmember, they're interviewed for something they didn't do and maybe get released or maybe get imprisoned, you repeat the same process elsewhere with someone else's DNA, they get jailed or released, repeat, they get jailed or released, suddenly Security is not quite sure who it is anymore! Was it one of the previous people that was arrested? Or is it no one at all? The Investigations team will be stumped and the Crew will be boiling in rage over the manic arrests. From there you can go on with either your schemes till someone realizes that you've been absent most of the shift or make a big finale with your characters powers being revealed!

On a minor side note, what inspired me to make this suggestion was the thought of framing someone for Murder! Whether this be intentional or because someone saw you doing your evil deeds and you had to tie up loose ends because for some reason no one thinks a scary mysterious man holding a gun is scary anymore. You still get to have a massive RP opportunity, expanding on the simple, Murder Someone, Get Caught or Die, Shuttle's Called, instead you can create elaborate goose chases over the station rife with RP!

If there are any parts you have questions about or maybe you even have your own suggestions feel free to ask! I'll be checking this every so often to see if it gets anywhere! I really think this would be an absolutely amazing cool item to be added to the 'Antag Tool-Box', I hope you think so too!

You can remove prints by using gloves. You can remove fibres by (as far as I know) using soap on the door. Both of which are incredibly easy to get.

Entirely invalidating investigations because people don't want to put effort into being sneaky is not really something I agree with.  Nor is dragging some random person in to sit in the brig for 40 minutes because the antag chose them. I also feel that the type of RP you get from this is not exactly the fun kind - similar to chasing a cloaked ninja around for 2 hours or the like, where it's really only fun for the person being chased.

I want to second what Peppermint said, especially as an avid Investigations player. Yes, there is more to the role than just prints and fibers, but it is still the bread and butter of the work, and adding an item that essentially removes any chance of it being used effectively doesn't exactly sound fun. As mentioned, it isn't particularly hard to remove traces of you interacting with a place, and fibers exists to provide a more nuanced alternative for when the antag is at least smart enough to wear gloves. I believe if your goal is to play a 'sneaky antag', you have more than enough tools at hand, and getting a suit that esentially does all the work for you is not something I'd like to see.

As for the other half of the item, I think framing only works when you actively do multiple things to set a person up. If all I have for evidence is that this Cargo tech touched a weird door, maybe even with some conflicting evidence saying they were completely unrelated, the item's functionality is pretty much moot. It relies on security arresting people on a whim - and while that does happen, it's not beaviour we should be encouraging, especially considering it can take you out for more than half of the round.

Nothing I want to say hasn't been said by Lucaken and Peppermint already. Interesting idea, but I would not want to see it in-game.

You can also spawn with a handkerchief from the loadout, that I believe should function as a rag for cleaning prints. Worst case, get the bartender's rag - or figure out access into the records systems to swap around prints. There are a multitude of inventive ways to remove forensic evidence, you just need to apply your preferred method and it won't be too difficult.

Hey, all! Apologies for the late response!

I've really enjoyed reading all of your responses and been especially interested in your specific opinions on the point!
Now that I see all of your points and views on the item I believe I am also swayed to your side.

Thanks again for your time!
