New event: Radio Access Malfunction

While talking to some people in VC, we discussed random events and new ones that could be fun. 

 

The one we came up with first was simple, its just like the Ionospheric Anomalies event, but instead of turning comms off, it just grants everyone access to every channel temporarily. So everyone now has sec radio, command radio, med radio etc for like a few minutes.

Would this have a forewarning beforehand or would it be a sudden flash of comms spam? It'd be kinda shitty if it's the latter, especially given 'every channel' would potentially include private channels (from switching frequency), AI channel (if that's still a thing) and antagonist radio channels. Former might be interesting, though.

Would love this. Also would love if it wasn't just universal comms access, but like, if specific frequencies just randomly included others, and not all of them at once. Moving away from making it immediately obvious to one department that they're being heard on another frequency would drive conflict and intrigue in the round imo.
