Overview of the Incident: A lack of proper safeties on the disposal belt caused me to trip onto the line, almost being thrown down disposals. Simple installation of glass along the boarder, while providing a port for accessing trash would rectify this, as well as prevent such an incident in the future.

((An IC thing that I am sorry but will achieve nout. Incident reports are about players ingame behaviour to get bad behaviour curbed.

I don't see what this will achieve? Other than Meow asking engineers to install glass panels every shift. ))

(No offense but the lay out does have 'Workplace Hazard' hazard and this is an IC section. Where it make perfect sense make to an IC complaint about a work place hazard that resulted in an incident. If that isn't the desired outcome then revise the format rather laying into people who used the format more or less correctly.)

(Workplace hazard is people creating a workplace hazard, I.e. Engineers shocking doors, electrifying grilles and what not. I am a mapper, not a DO, I don't control the DO's format.)

Locking this incident report because this is not what Duty Officers are for. The workplace hazard is for when someone else creates a hazard, for example a chemist detonating a space lube grenade in a primary hallway or an engineer leaving the canister of plasma outside of secure storage long after the engine was already set up, etc. I will clear this up in the thread with the rules for this subforum since there's doubt about that. Sooo, yeah, just take that to the suggestions if anything because you will get nothing out of this.
