It seems faaairly easy to get godlike in Fallout by the time you're in your mid twenties level-wise. I went all talky, some sciencing and crafting and by level 28 I'm doing... very silly things.

Abusing drugs gets you there even faster. Psycho-jet is pretty cheap to make and it's naaaaasty.

I jumped 40 meters once using jet slow motion, you can jump from a rooftop to rooftops across a street in Boston if you use that slowmo well enough
