Reason of Ban: Something related to bad past security play, which was being worked on at the time of the ban, and firing at another officer as detective for destruction of evidence.

Reason for Appeal: I messed up, I took time off security, I've played other jobs, I've even assisted in an arrest without harming someone as an assistant with no weapons, saving the head of security.I Understand that i made a mistake, and i will avoid doing it again if possible.

Yesterday, I interacted with Reyn's scientist and they raised some massive red flags of valid hunting by asking if anything was sabotaged randomly, calling people suspicious for little things. I honestly don't think this is a good idea.

I believe my incident to report is the same as Sonic's - yesterday, Reyn was playing a scientist (Faith Basinger) and was basically acting like a security officer, chasing down suspicious people and behaving in a manner that was very.. hm. Not sure how to put it. Essentially, they seem to not be able to play anything other than security-oriented characters, which raises red flags with me as well. I believe they were even trying to tell security how to do their job in a few instances when it was hardly appropriate, as well as having their character jump in the middle of situations that security was dealing with.

I was nearly murdered twice that round. Also, seriously, There were ANOUNCEMENTS about sabotauge in research, and they were being suspicious as FUCK for asking for things they really didnt need.

I'm working on that, and most of the time, it's apropriate due to security beating people up, letting criminals run free, ect.

I would like to point out that this does not seem the case, the player is unable to take criticism of his actions and "I am working on it" can only be a excuse to a certain point. They have no understanding on if they are security banned, they should stay away and not start hunting people down as a scientist. When people tried to explain this to the player in discord voice, they will start claiming that the people (including myself) has a grudge on them.

Until he learns how to take criticism of his actions and stop making excuses for them, I don't think he should be security unbanned. He makes me worried with playing security, and does have a IPC whitelist.

I do not have a grudge to you Reyn, I am only stating the facts and criticism to help you improve your play.

I was not actively hunting them down anyways. Plus, arming up security is fine. I didn't leave research pretty much at all until the wizard was dealt with actually. I will take it as a criticism and advice however to not actively seek out antags, and instead only fight antags as someone other than sec in self defense.

I would personally close this appeal for this specific reason if it was my ban, but I'll contact the issuing administrator to take a decision instead.
