Reason for complaint: I was Randy McKinner this round. Vieniamin Sokolov over two seperate rounds (with me playing as two separate characters) showed gross incompetence and negligence as Warden and is clearly not fit for the role. First time I was an arrested cult member in the brig for attempted murder, which I was guilty for. However I had some mystery infection that was ravishing my body and I was getting worse by the minute. I was taken to the medbay after begging Vieniamin Sokolov for minutes. The doctors worked on me for a short time but Vieniamin Sokolov decided he didnt want to wait guarding me anymore and despite both the doctor and the medical borg who were working on me saying I could die if I was removed and they were not finished Vieniamin Sokolov dragged me back to the brig and through me into a cell without medical help. I didnt receive further medical attention until later in the round when I begged a different officer for help and they forced the warden to get me help.

I was Brick Ratcliff this round. The second round I was (at the time, I later asked to be removed from the round due to this incident) a Loyalist talking to the chaplain about Nanotrasen. She got spooked which is fine and ran out of her office trapping me in. Regardless of me running and angle or not I was imprisoned illegally as I made no attempt to hurt her. This is kidnapping/false imprisonment and a crime. The officer who arrived gave the details to the warden who decided I was guilty of slander for calling the Chaplain who imprisoned me a traitor, which since I was imprisoned by her isn't an unfair thing to say. The warden Vieniamin Sokolov refused to listen to my side of things and said whatever I said was a lie. No investigation or pretense of listening to me was ever done. At which point I was brigged. Later on the round went to shit anyway as I converted some people to loyalist then suggested we kill someone and was immediately arrested by the people I converted. But that isnt really related to Vieniamin Sokolov

Did you attempt to adminhelp the issue at the time? If so, what was the known action taken by administration/moderation? Yes I did, both times I was told curtly to "solve it ICly" despite Vieniamin Sokolov's actions being negligent, lazy and barely qualifying as roleplaying.

Okay, I see where you are coming from but:

1) I did get you medical treatment, I just had to bring you back because you were a dangerous criminal and I was needed at the brig so I wasn't going to let you be un-monitored around civilians.

2) Nobody forced me to get you help, the shuttle was on the way and things had calmed down so I could put my full attention on you rather than having to split it.

3) I was following the captains orders and the advice of the officer who arrested you to give you said charges. You also were shouting it over comms so I could have easily given you a misuse of comms but I thought the slander charge was enough.

4) I never said you were a liar I said we had evidence to suggest otherwise as I had previously gotten a PDA message from the chaplain before she left you in there which I had told the officers to watch you for so I was obviously more inclined to take her side because she had contacted before it all went down.

5) I said I would investigate her once you had served your time which ended up with her having a warrant on her but other things got in the way of enacting it which was not my fault as I do not make the arrests.

I'm sorry you feel this way, it was not my intent but I was acting in a way I that I should, following the captain's orders and eventually the HOS's orders which I am supposed to do. If you wish to dispute this please reply, putting an argument against my points.

Reading your comment I see your side of it and while I'm happy to accept your side of the second incident a second well advice your reasoning for the first I am still frustrated that you dragged me from the medbay despite the medborg and the doctor telling you my treatments wasn't done and I could easily die Igbo taken back to the brig. This feels reckless and like you were putting My life on the line to get back to other aspects of your job.

I'm sorry, truly I am for that but I was being rushed and things sounded urgent back at the brig so I had to make a snap decision that may have been wrong. I did ask for an officer to get to medbay so that they could keep watch over you while I do the other side of my job but nobody came after I waited for a while so I decided to get over there and take you with me because you had shown yourself to be very dangerous and I thought it best not to leave you alone with non-combatants. I do see where you are coming from with that though, that I sacrificed your potential health just to get somewhere else quicker and yes, that was wrong. So I am sorry for that but at the time I was not thinking clearly due to all the chaos that was happening.

I handled the second incident, and I see you are already coming to an understanding to why I told you it's an IC issue and that there are things you may not know.

I wasn't around for the first incident so I won't comment much on it, but you really need to care about prisoner health, if a doctor tells you they'll die without treatment then you have to leave them there, just slap cuffs on them, and they won't cause trouble to the crewmembers trying to save their life, and if they do, they have soporific.

As for the second incident, It was caused by a few factors, A: incompetent officer, B: miscommunication C: misconceptions

officer Ben Smith(?) reported Brick wanted people arrested 'over nothing', which was in itself, slander. Brick accused the chaplain of being a spy/traitor because they panicked when Brick talked about how great nanotrasen is. now this is reasonable doubt, and they did not go around shouting about how the chaplain was a spy/traitor on radio, they only shared the accusation with the officer, Which is not slander.

the charge time was a mere 3 minutes, so i did not see the need to take OOC actions, i was hoping [mention]tmmytbbt[/mention] would've argued this ICly and actually pushed for charges against the officer/warden too.

I see the issues you have and I will accept fault in the medical incident for almost ending up with him killed. The doctors did warn that he was not stable but I ignored them to get him back in a cell and away from people. I will accept fault in that part and I am sorry for that. If the doctors had said he would definitely die then I would have left him there or stayed with him but the doctors said he 'may' die. That is not an excuse however, I did gamble with his life for the sake of others and myself so I will accept this complaint. The other parts however, I will gladly fight because I do not think I did anything wrong with arresting or timing of brigging but with the medical issue I am at fault and I am sorry for that.

That all being said, OOCly I hace no issue with you and IC I have no reason to dislike any of yojr characters. I have not had much interaction with them outside of this but I hope this experience has not tainted your view of me or Sokolov and I do honestly hope we can have more interaction on friendlier terms in the future. I have accepted fault for the parts I think I am at fault for now it is up to you to decide what you wish to do about it. I will have no qualms if you push this further but ai would also like this to go no further obviously as I am the one at fault.
