Allow Wood Doors to be deconstructable

If you haven't guessed what this is about from the title alone, currently the only way to destroy wood doors is by eternal means like a bomb. I suggest that you can deconstruct a wooden door by using a screwdriver to screw it off it's hinge and crowbar it out, and the reverse to construct it. And the end of the process you should be left with wooden planks.
