Revert some of the changes to the psych level caused by the Medbay redesign.

The image shown is a design of the psych level shown to players in the redesign thread of medical. The community and I assumed that this is what we would get.

This is not what we got. The skylight to the lower level is completely gone. I would not have supported the changes if I had known that this would be changed.

I would like the current design to be altered to what was presented to us on the forums.

This was removed at the request of Arrow. But then re-added by him. I guess this can be closed? [mention]Arrow768[/mention]
