This is an example of your OOC abrasiveness. You seem to operate under an idea that the staff team is out to get you. I will respect whatever decision is made by the Wiki Team leader. And, I could definitely be wrong. But all of what I have seen from you over your time playing here, I just do not think you should be in an environment where you would be around the people that you claim are out to get you. I didn’t provide examples because it’d be inappropriate to share any actions against you/ticket information that we’ve had with you. I will not be posting anything to “back up my claims”, I gave my feedback and my overall thoughts.

Alright so. I have spent a few days looking into this, reading other threads, etc. Sorry for my delay. @DanseMacabre I am not going to be handing out any sort of staff action over things that have already happened in the past and have since been handled. (Regarding the joke). However, I will be administering a warning on the Forum to @niennab for claiming that you "had a meltdown" on the relay in the complaint against Sycmos. I found this to be an unnecessary statement. Nienna was fine to reply there as they was directly mentioned by Goolies. I do not know why Goolies commented, but that complaint is being handled by the head lore team, not the admins. @Roostercat was right in having you make a complaint for this, because the forum thread here wasn't where it needed to be posted. But to be honest with the two of you... I cannot discern what is a lie and what is not. I do not think either of you are mean spirited people and are simply out to get one another. Nienna was already struck and warned for the joke, and as far as I know, there has not been any other instances of tactless interactions between the two of you. This is a game. We are here to have fun and play in a community that we have all cultivated with one another. I do not understand the animosity in this complaint, from both sides. I think it would be best for you both to just avoid interacting with one another if it is just going to lead to this sort of interaction.

Hi, firstly this feedback is based around my POV as an Admin. Not a player. I like to think that we are friends. I have some concerns. 1. I am concerned when it comes to you being in the staff discord. The channels you will have access to sometimes contain discussions that are meant to stay in staff cord. Arcs, general discussions, etc. I am not sure that I feel comfortable with you having access to those in any capacity. 2. I also hold concerns regarding some of your out of character conduct, and I do not think you should be a representative of the Aurora Staff team in any capacity. Overall I do not think you should be a staff member. I haven't seen much improvement since you've returned. I think you are a good person and I think that you are someone who is passionate about the improvement of the server. But before I can be comfortable with you representing the server in anyway, I would like to see you become less confrontational and less abrasive. -1

I’ll see if I can get the pistol behind the desk. the current layout is the most optimal. I am going to see about a code solution with the ship windows getting tinted or I’ll add privacy shutters.

I will just make the vacant office into a more meeting-room like area then in another PR. (this one is at a large amount of commits already) CCIA/HR really needed their own space, so this will remain intended for that. It can still be used by people with bridge-access, like bridge crew, and heads of staff.

I was wrong, it is only CCIA/Command. Even still, there is the vacant office for people who want to do meetings.

The room is staying as is. It was requested by the CCIA lead and their team. We already have a vacant office that people can use freely. Also I the room is accessible to everyone as is I’m pretty sure. I will have to double check. I’ll add in photocopier though. Coffee dispenser isn’t directional, the drinks one fits as is.

The notes are purely documentary when it comes to staff interactions with players. You have been playing since 2020, this is an alternate account that you are playing on. So. Our main rule for antagonists is - "The primary goal of antangonists is to DRIVE A STORY AND TO GENERATE INTERACTION. Be creative when coming up with objectives, and try to do things which will be fun for others, not only yourself. Do not resort to the bare minimums of generating a story through mechanical means, either. This means: no unmotivated/not roleplayed out mass murders, etcetera. From my understanding, you robbing the Armory without any prior escalation did not contribute to any set story or narrative that you had been trying to develop. If you had attacked someone, the alert raised to blue or red, or did anything to escalate the round? You would've been fine to rob the Armory. You do not need to announce it, and stealing from the Armory is okay to do, but it cannot be the first action that you take.
