how do i play as clown i cant find it

We dont really have a clown role on the server.
SpoilerThe role you are looking for is called "Janitor".
This specific role is often used to play very special people, who only have been employed because nanotrasen needs to meet a quota for "minimally exceptional people"
Recently some of these special people have moved into the cargo department aswell. -
