Pretty simple really, goes like this, let's all display what our characters sound like Michael Thorne; (the guy with the eyepatch) Basically post your characters voices or at least the closest you can find to what they sound like. With additional info in brackets. Try to keep your characters all on one post (go back and edit when you get new ones ) so we have a nice organised thread, don't feel discouraged from commenting about the voices of characters and such.

People can be mentally questionable and still be heads but, they tend to be rare. The skrell RD Vangut Topawifol is... Eccentric and morally questionable, preferring improvement in science over caring about people's feelings and lives. And due to his significant distaste for Humans he can come off quite.. Loopy. I've had a few interactions with Lecter, most revolving around him calling Silar noodles xD While I do really like the character I don't think he's a suitable head, especially if he's prone to violence.

I liked him when me and him plotted to have Rusty thrown under the bus during a mutiny round. He listens to reason and I love it.

One issue, you didn't actually answer the question of the colour. 'A dull colour' doesn't answer it.

Oh and, if the situation involves you at all. You pass it on to another staff member. You never deal with an issue that involves yourself, so you needn't worry.

Separate your characters from yourself Delta. If something happens. Just be like " this is a game" take some deep breaths. And remember your character shouldn't be like you, if they are a self insert this behaviour will be more common. So try to make them different to you if possible.

Frankly, this seems like it would bring too much unnecessary restriction. The heads of staff who end up promoting staff to command (and aren't just doing so to fill a void) are perfectly capable of doing so without a senior designation. I think this would only serve to show OOC preference for some players over others, and be confusing and disheartening to those who aren't. It isn't supposed to be like that at all. But your feedback is appreciated.
