BYOND Key: MrImATool Staff BYOND Key: Doomberg Reason for complaint(This ain't not complain yo!) : basically I wanted to give Doomberg some feedback but there's no where else I see as a relevant place to do it. I think Doomberg is one of the best admins the server has, not just for his skills at dispatching griefers but for his general interactions with players, his attitude is refreshingly positive. Doomberg manages to get involved in the RP but still knows the one rule "Admins are here to make it more fun for the players, not for themselves". And for this I thought Doomberg deserved some praise, because since my return he has definitely convinced me the Aurora staff aren't as evil as I thought. Evidence/logs/etc: OOC:Doomberg:Boners Additional remarks: If the staff are still looking for a new head admin, Doom should definitely be considered.

Callum's RP isn't always at the highest standard, but you can say that about a lot of people on this server. With that in mind I've never had any problems with Callum, except maybe a slight feeling that he needs to rush into danger. Honestly all my experiences with your characters have been quite good, literally the only issue I had with you was as an IAA you were trying to hunt a wizard, but I haven't seen you do something like that and people who've powergamed a lot more than that have been accepted into higher positions so I don't see why not. I fully endorse this application, I think with a bit of work you could easily be a great roleplayer.

I live in Shropshire, England. I live in Ironbridge specifically, of course the most famous landmark here is the Iron bridge, other landmarks around include some of Thomas Telford's stuff. Oh one tiny factoid, I was born in the same place as Charles Darwin. Yey for British history!!!

Ok as Mr, Skrell Whitelist Accepter Man. I've got a few things to say. English may not be your first language but one the fact that you could always play a Skrell who doesn't speak common too good could also make this a null point. I'd like to see a bit more backstory from you so I can see you fully understand the lore. And finally; would be nice to get some more player feedback as I've not seen you in game before.

Love this Sue. If this was finished, if Sam was involved, if Sam sorted balance. Then this would be a good alternative, a way to ease the community into a land map.

Most I've seen it used for is derelict teleportation by a powergaming scientist. Definitely agree with the points being displayed here, minor chances of a downside with maybe some ways to mitigate the damage could be good. Considering scientists experimenting on themselves AGAIN, is something we don't want.(See: Self testing)

Thank you for the post Skull. The main point of this thread is that acting like this doesn't get us anywhere other than arguments with eachother over the tiniest things in a video game. I've spoken to a few people and we've agreed that we will start reporting people when they're going over the top.

Right let me get straight to it, we're Aurora the friendly roleplaying server right? "No Mr Tool, we're the super arrogant hostile Aurora which doesn't like civil conversations and discussions in general." Recently I've noticed increasing levels of hostility in the community, swearing at each other, insulting each other for no reason other than they don't agree with your way of thinking. I don't think this is right, what kind of impression is it to someone who heard that this server was super friendly and community driven when they turn up and see the regulars all being dicks to anyone who doesn't follow their ideas. Now I may be missing something here, but surely if a game.. Yes ladies and gentlemen... A GAME IN WHICH YOU PLAY 2D SPESSMEN can get you so angry then maybe you should try putting it down for ten minutes to calm yourself? And surely if someone is annoying you on the forum then maybe you can go off of the forum for ten minutes? It's not hard to stay calm and honestly most people don't want to be in an environment in which everyone shouts at each other for stupid shit.. It's a game, and we're supposed to be a friendly community - how about we act like it? I'm fine with debates, but I'm not fine with the constant hostility.
