  1. Sure. I like it. Feedback. Yes. Good work. Approved.
  2. Constructed by one man but funded by a corporation - works for me! Good feedback, too. Keep up the good moves.
  3. Good feedback, confident player - sure, why not. One minor thing is that while posibrains are not impossible to construct by oneself, they're time consuming.. very time consuming, if the maker is trying to save money. Maybe add a little something about how long Matt's construction took? Either way, approved. Congratulations. Good job. You did it! Great moves, Ethan, keep up the good work.
  4. It's written a bit weird - semi-vague, not entirely vague but still a little weird.
  5. Hmm. Let's accept this and see what happens.
  6. Still not sure on this. Honestly not a fan of the character - maybe completely retool them?
  7. I am approving this tentatively. You seem to have put some work into the character.
  8. HmMMMmmMMM. I will let this sit for TWO MORE DAYS. Before coming to a conclusion.
  9. What the fuck's up, you little bitches? Haha I'm dead inside. Character's a little lacking. Maybe a little bit more on that guy?
  10. Have you considered rolling it up when you are asked to
  11. If the character won't have it then why did you include it
  12. I know this guy from Lifeweb a bit and he's a tad renowned over there for being a notorious drinker of cider and a man worth trusting. Basically, giving him head of staff access isn't out of the question. He's a cool guy and a good roleplayer.
  13. Plight Of Centuries Old MMI Discovered 5.4.2458 Albeit little known among the general populace, most major hospitals are home to storage rooms for holding MMIs - i.e, organic brains currently lacking in a body. Though most of these cyborg brains only spend a few days to weeks here before purchasing a new synthetic body to inhabit, one such brain - Ned Hutte, born 2227 - has a different story. After being diagnosed with terminal bone cancer in 2280, Hutte chose to move to a new cyborg body. Placed inside a bank at the Geisenger Medical Center, Hutte's wife - his only family member at the time - was struck by a car and died immediately. Hutte was forgotten for the next 178 years before being rediscovered yesterday, his brain functions having severely deteriorated due to the early model of MMI used to house his brain. The head physician at Geisenger Medical Center currently has no plans to do anything regarding his current state. Hutte could not be reached for comment.
  14. I'm not entirely sure about this - yeah, sure, on one hand you have some negative feedback but it's just one guy. Admittedly this feedback makes me feel a tad unsure, especially since it calls to question your ability to roleplay a robot. To end the debate as to whether or not a positronic brain (i.e an entirely intelligent being) would fear death - yes, definitely. A positronic brain would definitely be aware of its owns existence, consciousness, etc. and thus would want to avoid the end of that. Basically, yeah, it would have some level of self-preservation - maybe even enough to call into question the terms of its death before it happens in an attempt to stop it. In short, more feedback, please! Cronac, I'd suggest posting this in OOC so more people would be aware of it - Unknown, your concerns have been definitely noted. Terveiset, rrrrrr
  15. That works for me - though I'm not a huge fan of this character being created by another character of yours. Of course, this is just a me thing - I'm pretty much flat out against characters by the same person being related in any way. I think it's boring. Anyways, I'll wait for some feedback on this - if it's all good, awesome, cool. If it's bad, well, woops. If you don't get any feedback I might throw you a bone and accept it anyways.
  16. So, wait - your character's consciousness is built out of... explosions? Artifacts? Honestly, I'm not really sure if I can follow it entirely. What kind of synth is your character, exactly - obviously not an MMI, as they lack an organic brain - but definitely not a positronic brain, either. As much as I hate this word, and when I say that I don't say it lightly - it seems a little bit snowflakey.
  17. I am not super duper sure on this. Would like some feedback first before doing anything.
  18. He Thought He Was Married: Kidnapped Dog 'Lucky' Made Into Cyborg And Implanted With False Memories 4.25.2458 He thought he had a wife and children and was working to repay loans on his new cybernetic body after a terminal illness, but the truth was far more heartbreaking for Lucky, a 3 year old pit bull who was taken from his owner, Hong Lee, 87, by a Tajaran street gang dealing in the organ trade. Sold to wealthy business owner James Jarbraxor, the dog's brain was implanted into an MMI. Lucky, now believing he was a 38 year old man named David Baxter - began work as a doorman at a hotel. However, two years later, Lucky - still believing he was working off a loan so he could see his family again - saw his owner and realized who he was. "I just can't believe they kidnapped my dog," says Hong Lee, former owner and now roommate of Lucky. "I guess he's more intelligent now, so that is good." Think a close synthetic friend or family member may have implanted memories? There are several ways to find out. Implanted memories are often unrealistic and poorly thought out, usually involving deceased family members and very large loans to corporations, the military, and private citizens. Implanted memories are also often completely forgotten when someone sees a reminder of their past life. Though unconfirmed, there are rumors on the imageboard ChinChan that listening to Tajaran music can help restore forgotten memories. Jarbraxor has refused to comment on the story.
  19. Make time advance faster Roughly to 1 hour = 1 day This makes having things like a fully staffed diner make sense, as well as the existence of dorms and the holodeck (i.e to provide entertainment to a crew staying for several days time)
  20. Consider this shit accepted. Refusing to give dudes uranium and hallucinogens when they don't have permission to from a head of staff seems reasonable. Bam! Bam! Value, value! Welcome to the real world, jackass. Accepted.
  21. I'd be totally okay with this, to be honest. Gonna sit on this for two days and see if any feedback pops up - if none of it's bad, well, you're getting approved.
  22. Only if the posibrain/MMI is destroyed. Otherwise, it's vandalism or sabotage.
  23. .
  24. You seem well established so I trust you not to be terrible. approved but it's gonna take like 9 seconds or so because I don't know whitelisting entirely. Bodacious J must teach me that.
  25. http://en.lfwb.ru/index.php/Main_Page Short story is the the comics project thread. This stuff is seriously so easily accessible I don't know why I'm doing this for you.
