I think a renaming is unnecessary, especially to something meaningless like medical technician, which sounds too close to an emergency medical technician which is a different thing all together. Keep physician as the name, give them access and allow them to make chems, maybe increase their slots, pharmacist as it stands is played by too few players and is extremely debilitating when they're not on.

You can just max everything out if you don't want to bother, an SM engine can max out at 3k kW of power which is more than enough to charge all SMES' to their max even at their max settings. I don't really see the point here, even a proper set up of RCon takes less than five minutes, it's something you can do while waiting for the reactor SMES to discharge before upgrading it.

I enjoy the almost GM-ey feeling that comes with AI, allowing you to give a better flow to a round and make it generally more enjoyable, interacting with crew and antags alike, while at the same time having a bird's eye view on an entire round almost like watching an ant colony.
