Fast Draw Boot Knives

Simple enough, if a knife is in your boot it should take the knife out when clicked instead of taking your boots off. In a heated fight this is extremely annoying and just leaves you shoeless or you waste time trying to drag it to you.

You can already draw your knife without needing to take off your shoe. I forget the specific command, but this ability exists. It should be an alt-click?

Draw-boot works, I believe. Just set it to a key. Mine is set to U.
