Antagonist selection cooldown

Basically, this suggestion revolves around adding an antagonist "cooldown" of sorts that prevents people from back-to-back rolling antagonist all day, every day, constantly. Whether it leads to no selection at all or selects the next person who hasn't gotten antagonist, this would work wonders for preventing people from essentially rolling solo antagonist slots constantly while several others roll for the same slot and lose it due to random chance. It would also help greatly with the repetition of seeing the same guy be antagonist as the same character or same spin on the character every single round because they'd have no chance to plan between rounds whatsoever.

edit: after re-reading it might not be very obvious what I mean. Essentially, prevent the same person from being selected to be antagonist two rounds in a row. One-round cooldowns on antagonist selection for every player.

I like this idea, allows more people to try out antagonists, my only suggestion about this would be to possibly allow the people in cooldown to take the slot if no one else takes it.
