When suspended, refused to hand over medical injectors and puffers. Injected Head of Security with an, at the time, unknown substance. Was later found to be water, we were unable to test the other dozen or so injectors/puffers due to time constraints. His records list him as being born in the People's Republic of Adhomai. V. Simonov has shown very little regard for his occupational duties, and has commited a number of offenses. Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA?
