We opened an airlock, the atmos rushed out, and I slammed into a wall. My lungs popped. The team returned, and we made our way to medical. Once we were in medical, I was coughing up blood and gasping on the floor, and the CMO started yelling for no apparent reason. I was in a considerable amount of pain, but he was yelling 'BED' and 'NO TIME FOR DEMONSTRATION'. Just weird, non-related things as he stood over me and I was bleeding into my lungs. He was just standing there. Giving me nothing. Doing nothing, not even scanning me. Windsor suggested that he give me dexalin, and then another med that I don't recall from the top of my head. I'm not a doctor. I blacked out, and woke up to her explaining to him how to do his job, after which he threatened to have her removed from the department. Windsor, a biochemist, was at the time the only one actively treating me. As I was not breathing and bleeding into my lungs, the chemist being the only person working on me, I watched the CMO walk away to do a general check up on some random person that walked in. There was nothing wrong with them, they weren't sick. He just left me in the hands of a chemist as I was dying to do a checkup. Thus far, the CMO had made no effort to provide me any treatment, walked away to leave me unsupervised in the ICU, and threatened to fire the only person keeping me alive. Mind you, thorough this whole experience, I am in extreme pain and struggling to breathe. The CMO was completely uncompassionate and uncaring. By the time my lungs were fixed, they were still in the exam room, doing a general checkup. They didn't even care to see if I made it out alive or well. I will be the first to admit that I slapped them. I was in extreme pain, still angry, and oxygen-deprived. I have been charged with failure to execute an order and petty assault, which I will accept wholeheartedly. Even one hour later, however, I am suffering from the CMO's neglect as I cannot breathe without abdomen pain, and moving or walking causes my chest to ache. Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: Joseph Lock, Head of SecurityActions taken: Gave me this form to fill.
