My interactions with you were just fine, I compared you to other command staffs we have at the moment. I detect no abnormal changes. You acted like any other command staffs but somewhat better for the sake of passing this application, I just believe people are just being picky with you.

We have command staffs who says those things too and nothing happens to them, but because of this is happening to you and your application is being extended. I have an advice since people are unhappy with you being on frontlines/attitude. You could start being a Corporate Liaison or Head of Personnel. These roles can help you learn, have better self-restraint and better self-discipline from frontline. As a Head of Personnel, I think you should engage by telling people what to do and give them the freedom of doing anything to complete your expected tasks. As a Head of Personnel and Corporate Liaison, you could probably learn what other command staffs do from a command perspective and ask questions about leadership. I think this you would give you an advantage for passing this application. Other people may disagree with me on how I perceive the responsibility of command role. The way I see the command role is to lead, be a role-model, and to make RP fun and worth people's time staying. Those are the three that I somewhat expect from Command people. Once again, in my eyes, your character is just who they are and you're just doing it slightly better for the sake of passing this application or let alone trying too hard to put the spotlight on you.

Honestly, I think you're just okay and should've pass this application so take this +1.

I really do appreciate your feedback and it's nice to have someone finally see what I've been trying to express. I wanted to main HoS as security is my favorite occupation on any RP server. Whether it be MP on military RP servers, Cops, security, etc etc. It's always what I felt comfortable with and enjoyed. I have thought about HoP but during most of my trial Stev was on trial as well and they mained HoP so I was out of luck, haha. I don't know enough about engineering to be a CE and Imran is by far better suited for it anyway. I've dipped my toe with Captain and it was okay, but I didn't have enough to do. I like to be helpful and not just sit in my office all shift. I recently played CMO and really enjoyed it, You don't get the people who hate on security just to hate on them, you're not under a microscope and you actually get to help not only your staff but others. I will most likely focus on CMO for now as I feel it is a healthy medium between what I enjoy and what will keep me out of the microscope.


Once again, thanks for the feedback and I hope to continue proving that I am a competent command, and provide substance to the station.

So, nobody is perfect. Out of recent Command trials that have tried various positions, you have not been too bad from my experiences. There are upsets but those are something to learn from and something any command member will experience eventually. I see genuine attempts to improve and that has been paying off. Would be interested to know who your CMO is, since I have probably worked under them at this point, being a semi medical-main.

I'm not really sure if the trial is still going, since its been a while since a post was done here.

I've seen them then. Wish I could give detailed feedback on them though have not been on that many shifts together. That said, compared to some other CMO's  I thought you were alright. Reasonable. We did not really speak to each other at length but I value actions a lot in a CMO and it was definitely better than a few others I've been under. Was a good impression.
