From sanasomnum to the TC count buff to the armory restock to others. Anything you feel could be better or would like changed?

That said, the extra options for sec are nice and it seems antags have more room to play with stuff in their uplink. I just remain unsure of the ballistic carbine when it comes to fighting antags that aren't in a team.
DriedMilk Posted June 4, 2022 Posted June 4, 2022 the carbine needs more mags, or else sec is going to rpint the giga rounds off the lathe. id say 3 spare mags minimum buckshot is really bad and needs a buff, even with PBs it wont hit arteries or do decent organ damage because it does like 14 damage per pellet which is nothing
Zelmana Posted June 4, 2022 Posted June 4, 2022 Agreed with Milk on buckshot. It's a joke cartridge and and only useful for mixing into slug-shot-slug-slug-slug type shotgun loads, for extra spray. To be completely honest, I feel what would be more appropriate is a buff with this new chemical being added and no extra frills being added to security, except maybe the lethal shotgun ammo. It's pointless to hack into an autolathe and print slugs and buckshot. And for us not to have either one of those in the armory to begin with is not realistic.

I've personally not seen the shotguns taken out of the armory at all when I play as sec, however, whenever its blue the HOS/Warden always goes in and takes the carbine for themselves. I have yet in my multiple rounds this was TM'd seen it used against antags. I think there should be 1 more lethal mag for the machine pistol but otherwise this PR is great, danse.

Shotgun isn't taken out because it is essentially tazer-level useless if you do not properly make/hack/order slugs and or buckshot.
