How long have you been playing on Aurora?
I can't recall, but I believe two or three years?

Have you received any administrative actions? And how serious were they?
I don't think I have ever received and administrative action, and if I have it was long enough ago to be forgotten by me.

Please provide well articulated answers to the following questions in a paragraph each.

What do you think the OOC purpose of a Head of Staff is, ingame?
I personally believe that the OOC purpose of a Head of Staff ingame is to provide guidance and structure to the other players of the department they are a part of, and the captain is to act as the guide for the other Heads of Staff. The Head of Staff should be there to make sure that things run smoothly in the department, that issues both internal and external to the department are solved, and people struggling in the department can be shown what to do without too much friction. The Head is there to give a direction to the department as well, such as give projects when main duties are complete.

What do you think the OOC responsibilities of Whitelisted players are to other players, and how would you strive to uphold them?
The OOC responsibilities of whitelisted players to other players are to guide new players in their department, give order to the department without overstepping and being forceful, and to fill in roles in the department when needed, as to allow other players to do things other than work during the round. For the first point, I would actively search for and help any intern and apprentice characters in the department, showing them any tricks or harder to understand mechanics so they can more easily do their job in the game. For my second point I will make sure I allow the players in my department some breathing room while still making sure certain work is done by calling in on radio and doing physical check ups when possible, this will also allow me to be more involved in the department instead of just sitting at a desk and doing delegation. For my final point, I will be sure to go around and assist where it is needed and where it is appropriate.

Explain how the recent events in the Spur changed your character and how they came to be employed on the SCCV Horizon.
Johan Stuart was a Bieselite who just kept his head down and did his work. He enjoys moving boxes, enjoys budgeting, and enjoyed staying out of anything to do with politics or the wider Spur during his work at an NT phoron transport hub. If it wasn't for the mounting phoron scarcity Johan probably wouldn't have found any desire or ambition to go further than just moving boxes. During the scarcity, Johan was forced to take a step back and examine his life now that his livelihood was under threat, and he found that he truly had done nothing in his life. Since then, he has been working harder and harder, and expanding his view of life past just Biesel and NT, which lead him to finally seek out promotions, rise beyond just a technician, and actually look to seeing more of the Spur outside of Biesel, eventually leading him to work on the Horizon.

What roles do you plan on playing after the application is accepted?
Operations Manager, maybe XO in the future if I enjoy it?

Have you familiarized yourself with the wiki pages for the command roles?
Yes, I have

Characters you intend to use for command or have created for command. Include the job they will be taking:
Johan Stuart, Operations Manager

Do you understand your whitelist is not permanent, and may be stripped following continuous administrative action?
Yes, I do

Have you linked your BYOND account to the Forums?
I believe I have, not sure exactly where I look to double check

Extra notes:
I am really excited to actually be doing this, I have been planning on getting this done for awhile now

Silvorz is a good egg and a good RPer, two very important parts that make up good Command player. They have the icedcabbage stamp of shame. +1

With all I've interacted with his characters, be it as Ririlsk or Andre? It's an extremely easy +1 from me.

Silvroz did a good job during a high intensity raider round, working with the antag to let their gimmick flow then enabling the crew to get involved too. I'm sure they would have done better if they didn't have to leave before the end. +1 anyway.

Silvorz did a great job of interacting with and perpetuating antag nonsense in an extremely slow-to-start round, although with a couple hiccups. I'd just like to remind you that bad paperwork can be cause for skepticism, but shouldn't be the Achilles of antagonist gimmicks unless it's particularly or intentionally bad.

Aside from that, I loved their interactions and think that's the sort of thing they'll get with time (the rest of command also did a good job of coaching them ICly without shutting down the antags). +1 from me.

Silvorz is getting a solid +1 from me.

I know Silvorz as a very atmospheric roleplayer. They play characters who are great at initiating conversations, starting interactions, and being a positive presence to the crew. I also think they have it in them to be a great Command player, because those earlier qualities are VITAL in good Command play.

This is also coming from a VERY involved and tense round, I found that Silvorz took good care of their responsibilities towards other Command members. I'm curious to see how they manage a fully-staffed department, but even without, they make sure their responsibilities are fulfilled.
