Ministry of Technology Reveals New Breakthrough in Cybernetics Research!

In a demonstration today to the Party, Minister of Technology Zhuldyz Hadii unveiled the latest invention of the Ministry of Technology: the Cybernetic Ha'rron. Chosen from a domesticated breed, these Ha'rron were throughout modified with augmentation technology: limbs were replaced with specially made tesla prostheses; protection plates, bullet or stab proof depending on the function, were grafted on their back, head, and abdomen; the jaw's strength has been greatly increased thanks to hydraulic cylinders; and the eyes were replaced with night vision optics connected to the brain. Due to the increase in aggressiveness and a shortened lifespan, the Ha'rrons are kept in a drug-induced coma when not deployed. The final product is an animal able to surpass its natural limitations with the help of Hadiist science.

A Cybernetic Ha'rron was brought to the demonstration. The animal underwent all possible augmentations and was in the presence of its handler. The prototype was placed in a coma so the meeting could continue. The Party members, likely stunned by this wonder, remained in silence during the presentation. Videos of the tests were displayed to the audience to prove the viability of the project. Cybernetic Ha'rrons surpassed all expectations in simulations involving decoys and live targets. In one exercise, the prototype was able to rip off the door of a car with its maw alone. Only seven minor incidents were recorded in the course of the testing phase. 

Headmaster Harrrdanim Tyr'adrr suggested equipping the People's Strategic Intelligence Service first with Cybernetic Ha'rrons; he further argued that the security agents would benefit the most from the invention. Minister of Defense Irbaykhan Mirarkiizar requested that the military receive the prototypes first. After consulting with Minister Zhuldyz, President Hadii agreed with Tyr'adrr's proposal. The PSIS will begin to be equipped and trained to handle the Cybernetic Ha'rron. The army and regular police forces will later be included in the program.

Minister of Technology Zhuldyz Hadii promised closer collaboration with the intelligence agency to secure the future of Hadiism. Scientists will continue working to further augment the Cybernetic Ha'rron.

Ministry of Education Inaugurates the First Technical School on Hro'zamal

As part of its program to develop the colony, the Ministry of Education has opened Hro'zamal's first technical school. The "Brave Pioneers Technical Institute" was inaugurated today in Muldhir. The institute offers classes designed to help the colonists thrive in the wild frontier. Currently, the college has courses in agronomy, carpentry, metalworking, automotive maintenance, HVAC repair, electrical engineering, and civil construction. The grades were adapted by specialists from the Ministry of Education to reflect the realities of the colony. While most teachers come directly from Adhomai, some settlers have been hired to join the faculty.

In a brief statement to the press, Minister of Education Kalim Khazdar commented on his plans for the colony:

"The creation of an educated workforce is the first step in developing Hro'zamal into a proper planet able to contribute to the People's Republic. The Brave Pioneers Technical Institute aims to increase the independence of the colony from its homeworld. The Hadiist colonial program should build new worlds for the Tajara; exploitation alone is not viable. Their victory at Hro'zamal should prove to the galaxy that the People's Republica can triumph against any odds."

Hro'zamal presently relies on imports from Adhomai to fulfill most of its needs. Kalim Khazdar further argued that the lack of any industry on the planet has hindered the colonization efforts. Party Secretary Yakiv Hadii offered to arrange the transfer of some heavy machinery to Hro'zamal. Ministry Khazdar replied that establishing any kind of factory should likely come later. However, he accepted the offer to acquire some Bryskavar Tractors for the Technical Institute. 

The Ministry of Education announced plans to found a university and open more technical and fundamental schools in Hro'zamal. Colonists moving to the planet will also be given a chance to enroll in the Brave Pioneers Technical Institute. Hadii Youth Clubs present in the colony also received extra funding and new equipment as part of the initiative.

Tesla Prosthetics Project Enters its Next Phase

After more than one year of successful testing, the Tesla Powered Prosthetics enters its next phase: the distribution of robotic internal organs. Designed by the Hadii Institute of Orbital Research with the data provided by the tests done with the help of the volunteers, the replacements are near-perfect replicas of the organic version. In a similar fashion to the limbs, these parts require an installed spine to function properly. The program will cover the following organs: heart, eyes, lungs, liver, kidneys, stomach, and fat reservoir. The Tesla Powered fat reservoir is a notable improvement to the original design since it’s immune to inflammation.

As all hospitals across the People's Republic are capable of installing and maintaining tesla prosthetics, the implementation of the new phase is a trivial one. The application process is identical to the one for limbs. Any citizen can submit their request to the nearest Party representative. Individuals with Tesla Spines will be prioritized. The organs are also available to Tajara living outside of Adhomail. The Ministry of Health hopes to replace all foreign-made protheses with Hadiist ones in a matter of five years. 

During a Party meeting, Minister of Technology Zhuldyz Hadii explained the importance of this new development:

The Tajara are no longer bound by physical limitations; soon they will be able to surpass their biological limits thanks to their science. The Tesla Troopers already had all of their alien-made organs replaced by the new models. The Ministry of Research is now developing further augments to improve the troops' combat capabilities and survival. The new testing phase is expected to last one more year.

Research Team Successfully Establishes Base on the North Pole

The team dispatched to establish a research base on the north pole has confirmed today that their mission was successful. Through radio feedback, the research crew reported from the eastern shores of the pole. After scouting the shores, the submarine flotilla located a suitable gulf to land; the location was named Hadii's Landing, in homage to their great leader. The station's foundations were quickly built thanks to experimental construction techniques developed in partnership with the intergalactic corporations. The team is currently involved in setting up the equipment and supplies. A detachment of the Ha'narr Corps has been assigned to serve as pathfinders for the expedition.

The research team has already performed field tests of the HES-02 suits in arctic conditions. A group left the base and walked four kilometers wearing the equipment. They later reported that the suits exceeded their expectations. Protected by the marvels of Hadiist technology, the Tajara can explore even the most inhospitable places. The navy personnel responsible for the defense of the station have also been equipped with prototypes of compact Tsarrayut'yan rifles.

Due to the lack of proper transportation, any expedition must remain at a close range from the station. In response to this limitation, President Hadii ordered the development of a vehicle suitable for the pole's conditions. Minister of Technology Zhuldyz Hadii promised to develop and deliver a working model in two months. After being promised extra funding for the navy, Secretary of the Navy Hura'zhi Mira'zkui agreed to deploy more submarines to maintain the supply line to the station. Party Secretary Yakiv Hadii dispatched a construction team to build a robust radar system at Hadii's landing to facilitate navigation and supply drops.

Until today, the research base was left unnamed. At the request of the research team stationed in it, President Hadii chose a suitable name: Rhagrrhuzau Station, named after his deceased brother. The Party and the Polar crew applauded President Hadii's great choice

Party Launches Anti-Charlatan Campaign

As part of its efforts to protect the Tajara, the Party launched today a project to eradicate the con artists who plague the nation. All soothsayers, fortune tellers, magicians, mystics, and individuals who claim to have any kind of paranormal ability must now register with the government. Agents on site will verify the claims made by these Tajara; anyone found to be misleading the population will be fined and prohibited from exercising their trade. Practicing without being registered is now considered a crime punished with at least three years of jail. Priests and other religious figures are exempt from the campaign.

The proposal was created by Minister of Technology Zhuldyz Hadii and Headmaster Harrrdanim Tyr'adrr to combat fraudulent practices. While the suggestion was seen as eccentric by most of the Party, it quickly gained support after Party Secretary Yakiv Hadii suggested using a part of the fines collected to help the construction of the Palace of the Free Tajara. Minister of Education Kalim Khazdar proposed taking advantage of the campaign to register much of the oral tradition involved in these esoteric practices. President Hadii accepted the plan without asking for any alteration. The PSIS and the governmental bureaucracy will be responsible for registering the individuals, while the Ministry of Technology will check the claims and the Ministry of Education will process the interviews in search of anything useful culturally.

Only Tajara living in the People's Republic of Adhomai's territories will be affected by the Anti-Charlatin Campaign. The off-world population does not have to register with their local embassy. The church of the Twin Suns did not comment on the matter. The Party expects to comb through the nation in a matter of months. Hadiism will free Adhomai from the shackles of superstition!

33rd Victory Day Celebrated Across The Republic!

Since its creation, the People's Republic has fought valiantly to bring the light of Hadiism to the Tajara people. Today the people honor its victory over the countless enemies who tried to enslave Adhomai. All cities across the country joined the celebrations of the 33rd Victory Day. Public squares, parks, and bars were full of people gathering around screens to watch the parade. Hro'zamal Soda sales hit a new record since the drink's introduction. Since its pacification last year, Chaniska was allowed to commemorate the holiday. The island's border garrison was put on high alert for the duration of the festivities. The police and intelligence services reported no incidents or arrests so far. Thanks to the safety brought by the Expeditionary Force, the people of Hro'zamal were also able to organize their own parade.

President Hadii, alongside his ministers, gathered before the Palace of the Free Tajara; the building tripled in size since last year. The ceremony was inaugurated with the traditional presidential speech:

"People of Adhomai, today they celebrate the birth of their heroic nation and thirty-three years of victories! For more than three decades they managed to keep the Hadiist dream alive. Coupists and monarchists have tried to destroy their future; from within, traitors sabotaged their efforts. Even against such overwhelming odds, Hadiism triumphed. Thanks to the peace, the People's Republic prospers and surpasses its adversaries in all fields. Soon all of their homeworld will return to its rightful owner!"

After the services honoring the fallen Hadiist heroes, parades began in Nal'tor. The ceremony was inaugurated by the members of the Hadii's Youth Clubs. The army came next: motostrelki divisions, tanks, Party Commissars, Ha'narri, and Republican Guards followed the Clubs' members. Division EE's suits alongside the Tesla Brigades marched behind the Grand People's Army. At the request of Headmaster Harrrdanim Tyr'adrr, Zbrojny forces, flanked by People's Strategic Intelligence Service agents with Cybernetic Ha'rron, also took part in the spectacle. In a display of air prowess, People's Air Force's autogyros flew over the crowd.

Minister of Defense Irbaykhan Mirarkiizar commented on the army's situation in a brief press meeting:

"The military's situation has greatly improved since the war. There are no manpower shortages, the officer corps is staffed with loyal and experienced personnel, and the latest armament efforts were successful. The Republic Guard is close to fully recovering it; command expects them to return to their optimal operating capacity in a matter of months. Relaxing the draft and expanding the current benefits is the next step in their plan."

At the recommendation of Party Commissar Refat Rrhakaslav, Rhagrrhuzau Station celebrated the Victory Day. The mission's personnel enjoyed Victory Gin and Zkah'nkowa while waiting out a snowstorm. Research Director Trokhym Przhevalsky promised to launch a brief expedition around the installation's surroundings next week.

In an exemplary display of loyalty to the Party, the off-world community in Mendell City held their own parades and parties to pay tribute to this important holiday. Alcohol was sold at a special discount to PRA citizens by the Bochonok Brewery. Republican flags hung from President Hadii Living Complex's windows.

Nal'tor Hosts Valyan K'rrirran, Celebrity Falters In Public Eye

For the last three days Nal’tor has been abuzz with activity related to the arrival of Valyan K’rrirran. The public figure arrived in the city shortly after braving a week of travel in ALA-held lands south of our fair capital. Since then, events held and organized by Party Secretary Yakiv Hadii on K’rrirran’s request have gone on. Reception to K’rirran has been best described as “lukewarm” by attendees. Some events were overshadowed by preparations and celebrations for Victory Day. Many others of the so-called Father’s events have been riddled with an inability to answer probing questions asked by dutiful and intelligent citizens or skeptics. One particular event had ended in a violent confrontation between one of K’rrirran’s assistants and a group of attendees.

*The video opens with a timestamp declaring it to be 05/03/2464. The Father Valyan K’rrirran is seated in a chair on a stage, mic in hand, attempting to debate with a group of Tajara in the crowd. The camera pans to focus on the group of punks. A silver haired m’sai woman with chrome piercings in her ears and a shock of purple hair atop her head continues to press Valyan on accusations of the Parivara mistreating women. Valyan is unable to answer as the woman continuously talks over him. Two minutes in, a Sun Acolyte comes to the group and attempts to take the mic from the M’sai, prompting a Hharar member to punch him before the video shakes as the crowd rapidly gets up to exit the venue. The last image is that of a rushing police officer coming to handle the situation.*

Police response to the disturbance was thankfully swift. The Sun Acolyte along with any other wrong-doers have been punished accordingly. This remains the only violent incident so far involving Valyan K’rrirran’s time in Nal’tor. Other events of note have been visits to several sun temples to pledge support in their reconstruction following the firebombing of Nal’tor headed by royalist terrorist Mahtra Dynhas. However, when pressed by journalists, Valyan K’rrirran ignored their requests to denounce the very man who had resulted in the damage to these temples. A visit to one Sun Temple revealed the squalid conditions that the children staying there had endured. Plumbing was not functional, the electrical system was failing, and the priest in charge of the association spoke about a lack of funding to care for both the building and children. Valyan K’rrirran pointed out to a following group of reporters that these conditions were what he had hoped to end on Adhomai. 

 It remains to be seen if the Party will entertain his requests for increased funding to the Sun Temples. As religion is not a required part of healthy Tajaran living many experts believe that the request will be ultimately denied. K’rrirran’s demand to meet with the full cabinet of the PRA ministry has already been denied. President Hadii has declared that he is far too busy working with Chief Naval Commander Samirro Qarrarhaz on a new model of space Tesla trooper armor to meet with Valyan K’rrirran. Minister of Technology Zhuldyz Hadii succinctly denied any interest in meeting with, in her words, “A old remnant of the past '' and instead opted to attend a Tajani-IV launch. Minister of Defense Irbaykhan Mirarkiizar is unavailable as he is enjoying time off from his hard position and PSIS director Harrrdanim Tyr’adrr was not able to be reached for any statements. Party Secretary Yakiv Hadii and Minister of Education Kalim Khazdar will meet with Valyan K’rriran themselves to see if there is any reason to agree to the figure’s request.

Party Secretary Yakiv Hadii Agrees with Valyan K’rrirran! Sun Temples to be improved and better incorporated into the government!

In a grand display of competency expected by the Party Secretary, Yakiv Hadii has made a sweeping reform for the state and its children out of the plans of Valyan K’rrirran. Following a 5 hour long meeting between the two mediated by Minister of Education Kalim Khazdar K’rrirran had agreed to a set of new regulations for Parivara-ran orphanages in exchange for funding. The incoming reform is as follows:

• Each orphanage confirmed via a report to be run by Parivara members will receive a state yearly fund equal to 20% of their reported expenses of the previous year
• Official education material will be provided by the Party.
• Local members of the Ministry of Education are expected to file yearly reports on the status of the Parivara-run orphanages and its occupants.
• Inspections of the orphanages will be conducted twice a year, 6 months apart. 

Both Yakiv Hadii and Valyan K’rrirran announced the reform in the Campaign of Literacy pavilion near the Ministry of Education’s offices in Nal’tor. A great number of loyal citizens attended the event and cheered at the news of education reform. Some interviewed citizens remarked that they had come to show support for K’rrirran following his disastrous social events in the days prior. A quick survey had even found that many traveled from other areas of the PRA using the fantastic rail system of the nation. Spirits were high in the crowd and many had remained to behold an impromptu sermon Yakiv Hadii graciously allowed K’rrirran to hold. Minister of Education Kalim Khazdar was not present for this event but gave a press statement:

With this victory for Hadiist education complete, Yakiv Hadii will return to his normal duties as Party Secretary and continue to work on the great projects he has begun for the people. Valyan K’rrirran will soon board a ship bound for the ALA-held island of Das’nnra to attempt to make the warlords and traitors there see reason. Despite the urging of his followers, Valyan K’rrirran is adamant on continuing the journey beyond the safety of the Republic’s borders.

Polar Expedition Makes Scientific Breakthrough

During its monthly video audition with the Minister of Technology, Trokhym Przhevalsky, the current expedition research director, has announced that his crew has made contact with an anomaly and recovered never-seen-before research data from the encounter. During a survey of the area nearby Rhagrrhuzau Station, a crew of five Tajara encountered a plasmageist floating close to the ground. A plasmageist is a lightning anomaly frequently seen above the North Pole. Until now, no Tajara has even interacted with one personally. The encounter was filmed:

The video displays a group of Tajara trekking through the ice and snow of the North Pole. It is a clear summer day, without the typical polar storms. The entire group is wearing HES-02 suits; the one leading them has a Ha'narr Corps lever-action rifle. Suddenly, a buzzing sound can be heard. A large orb of lightning descends from the sky towards the Tajara; the sphere floats some meters away from them. The explorers remain still, observing the anomaly. When a scientist takes a step towards the plasmageist, the ball takes the shape of a tube and strikes the researcher like it is a whip. An explosion's flash blinds the camera.

When the footage returns, the scientist has vanished. Charred boots and a cloud of smoke emerging from the ground are all that is left of him. The Ha'narri opens fire at the plasmageist right after the attack. The anomaly explodes when the bullets make contact. The clips end as the crew jumps to the ground to take cover.

With the exception of the anomaly's victim, the expedition was able to return to the base safely. Further analyses of the remains, site, and footage revealed that the plasmageist triggers an explosion capable of vaporing flesh and hazard-resistant material at contact with solid matter. The sphere kept its structure until it was subject to violence. Trokhym Przhevalsky expressed interest in researching the phenomena and requested an increase in the budget. The Research Director suggested that the plasmageists might be a non-carbon lifeform. It is still unknown how the anomaly is formed.

Minister of Technology Zhuldyz Hadii labeled the incident as "one of the most fascinating discoveries of the century". Minister of Defense Irbaykhan Mirarkiizar suggested deploying automated turrets around Rhagrrhuzau Station to protect it from the plasmageists. Party Secretary Yakiv Hadii was opposed to expanding the polar mission's budget any further. He later changed his opinion when Minister Zhuldyz promised to help the mechanization of the national industry with prototypes from the Institute of Orbital Research. President Hadii approved the extra funding.

The remains of the dead scientist are being shipped back to his family in the next week; he has been awarded a Messa's Virtue Medal at the request of Party Commissar Refat Rrhakaslav.

Massacre in Underground Nightclub; Assailants Flee Scene!

A shocking massacre occurred in the very heart of Nal’tor on this sad day. In the dead of the night an underground nightclub was riddled with bullets by unknown assailants. The death toll is currently 9 people with a dozen others injured by gunfire or the stampedes as club-goers attempted to flee the scene. 

Underground businesses are unfortunately no longer a rarity in our republic’s cities. Many are unregistered and non-licensed; allowing them to become dens of criminality and unable to be properly investigated when incidents like this occur. This club was known as the “Keymaster” by those who went to it. Many were youths who fell for non-Hadiist countercultures in order to rebel against their parents and the kind Party. Among the dead is reportedly 1 underage Tajara. 

An eyewitness described the terrible scene as “Like footage of the liberator terror attacks”. During a show put on by a visiting band known as “The Moon-singers” several figures from the crowd opened fire on the stage with automatic weaponry. All bandmembers were struck along with some at the front of the stage during the shooting. Described as rising stars in Nal’tor’s musical community, the Moon-singers were well-known for fiery lyrics best characterized as symbolizing the short phase of anti-authority sentiments in a Tajara’s youth. Their band’s singer, Iannai Alanakr, won notoriety for herself and her collective when she thoroughly questioned Valyan Krrirran during the celebrity’s Nal’tor visit. She, along with the 3 other members of her band, was declared deceased on the night of the terror. 

The response of health and police authorities was slowed thanks to the illegal nature of the club. The investigation is on-going but it is not sure if justice can be properly carried out. When asked, the police of Nal’tor urged loyal citizens to continue reporting illegal businesses so that such a horror can never happen again.

Hadiist Movie Festival is Held in Nal'tor

Organized by the Ministry of Education, the Hadiist Movie Festival is a three-day-long event where the brightest filmmakers have a chance to show the public their latest pieces. On the first day, two productions, selected by the Ministry due to their high quality, are aired. The other days are reserved for minor and amateur flicks. The event was once held prior to the Second Civil War, but due to the conflict, it quickly fell into obscurity. Minister of Education Kalim Khazdar revived this great tradition with the blessings of President Hadii. 

Actors, directors, and screenwriters gathered today at Njadrasanukii National Movie Theater for the main screenings. President Hadii, accompanied by Yasmin Piaf, was personally present at the event. Minister of Education Kalim Khazdar personally received President Hadii and guided him to his seat. The movies were also broadcasted through television and the extranet.

The first movie was "Adhomaykh". Directed by Andrei Govorukhin, the motion picture tells the history of two Tajara families, Shozomyn and the Ukhramin, ranging from the First Contact to the Armistice. The film is divided into five parts and has a total of six hours. The production was praised for its heroic depiction of the common Tajara people, the use of synthetic instruments in its soundtrack, and its stunning screenplay. Adhomaykh, so far, is the most expensive Adhomian movie ever made.

The second movie was "A Tajaran Final Wish". Directed by Oksana Melikian, the film is a story about a group of People's Republic stellar explorers in search of a supposedly alien structure capable of realizing wishes. The picture was acclaimed by critics for its exploration of the character's inner psyche and its enigmatic ending. The Orbital Fleet was involved in the filming, as most scenes were filmed inside a spaceship.

The first day of the Hadiist Movie Festival was considered a success. President Hadii personally met with Andrei Govorukhin and Oksana Melikian to congratulate the directors. Minister of Education Kalim Khazdar promised to be present for the rest of the two days. The second part of the festival will also include films made by the off-world Tajaran community

President Hadii Announces the End of the Draft of 58

In a speech, transmitted through radio and television, President Hadii announced the end of the draft introduced in 2458. Originally, the measure was implemented following the massacre of prisoners of war in Tampiska. The law required all male Tajara between 18-30 years old to report to army recruiters. NanoTrasen workers were exempt from serving. During the war, the draft successfully solved the army's manpower shortages. Millions of Tajara joined the military and defended the Republic against its enemies. With the end of the draft, the army returns to its previous volunteer model. Currently conscripted soldiers will serve until the end of their assignment.

After President Hadii's broadcast, Minister of Defense Irbaykhan Mirarkiizar revealed a series of reforms to make the military career more attractive to the younger generations. The salaries and pensions received a substantial raise. The families of serving Tajara are now given preference in public health and housing waiting lists. All soldiers involved in the Hro'zamal campaign will be given a plot of land in the colony after the planet is pacified. Minister Mirarkiizar also disclosed that Avahs are being added to the field rations.

At the request of the Ministry of Defense, Secretary Hura'zhi Mira'zkui delivered a report on the current situation of the navy. Outside of the submarine divisions, most captains report a pervasive manpower issue; modern ships remain in the port due to the lack of crew. Unlike the army, the navy never recovered from the previous conflict. Secretary Mira'zkui concluded that the Republic must invest in the navy as soon as possible. He added that in case of another conflict, Harr'masir can only be recovered through naval operations.

President Hadii tasked Minister Mirarkiizar and Secretary Mira'zkui with organizing a complete reform of the ship's accommodations and recruitment campaigns. Crew's quarters are to be refurbished to offer the best comfort the Republic can provide to its brave sailors. Party Secretary Yakiv Hadii has been assigned to the project to coordinate the necessary industrial efforts.

Party Publishes Report on National Nuclear Threat Preparedness

Due to the growing rebel aggression and development of weapons of mass destruction, the People's Republic has invested greatly in keeping its people safe from this growing threat. Despite the deterrence arsenal, President Hadii believes that the Al'mariists plan to use their missiles in the future. In a Party meeting today, the Ministry of Internal Affairs delivered a complete report on the preparations made in case of a nuclear exchange. 

Since the last year, several bunkers were built in public buildings and living complexes; specialists speculate that ⅓ of the entire population has access to fallout shelters. These bunkers have enough supplements to last for five months. Each unit has a small first aid kit equipped with anti-radiation medicine. All supplied food is canned and water is provided by a filtration system. Individual houses have been excluded from the project due to logistic concerns; Tajara living in non-apartment homes were instructed to seek refuge in government buildings. Communal farms will have access to one bunker large enough to shelter all families working in the unit. This expansion was only possible thanks to deals made by Party Secretary Yakiv Hadii with megacorporations.

Educational videos on how to behave during a nuclear exchange are broadcasted daily to all homes throughout the state-provided television set. Children in schools are also taught the same instructions in a special class. To further prepare the population, Minister of Education Kalim Khazdar announced the introduction of drills to the learning institutions. Medicine colleges are currently working to develop more efficient radiation treatments alongside the Ministry of Research.

The Grand People's Army is expected to play a decisive role in this scenario. Following the first strike, all forces will quickly mobilize to secure essential resources and defensive positions. To guarantee the soldier's safety during these operations, President Hadii ordered the development of an armored hazmat suit. Minister of Defense Irbaykhan Mirarkiizar and Minister of Technology Zhuldyz Hadii were assigned to oversee this project.

After the nuclear fallout settles and the enemies of Hadiism are defeated, specialized teams will leave the shelters for the clean-up. Highly radioactive regions will be cordoned in exclusion zones, while areas deemed safe will undergo a cleaning process. In the countryside, centimeters of the topsoil will be removed and surviving crops and animals will be destroyed. In the cities, every building will be examined and washed with a soap solution. All Tajara will undergo a monthly examination for any symptoms of radiation poisoning. Minister of Education Kalim Khazdar suggested the establishment of a seed bank to secure a healthy supply of Adhomian plants.

At the end of the meeting, Minister of Defense Irbaykhan Mirarkiizar brought concerns about the inability of performing a retaliatory strike if the Party leadership is eliminated during a surprise attack. President Hadii promised that measures to solve this problem are currently being prepared.

The Party has decided to intensify the shelter construction efforts. At the planned rate, the entire population will have access to the bunkers in a matter of four years. After the people are secured, the factories will be outfitted with their unique measures to protect the industry from destruction.

Even if their foes do the unthinkable, they will never defeat the Hadiist cause. The Party is preparing to safeguard the Tajara and their future in any possible way.

Ministry of Research Reveals New Arctic Exploration Vehicle

Due to the rough terrain and extreme weather conditions of the North Pole, the expedition team has been severely limited by its transport options. This limitation has severely impaired the mission in their effort to explore and research the region. To make sure that nothing stands in the way of progress, the Ministry of Research unveiled today a breakthrough in off-road vehicle technology: the Kharmachov Exploration Vehicle. 

Based on tractor and tank designs, the Kharmachov is a large tracked vehicle specially designed for arctic exploration. It is equipped with climatized living quarters - able to house a crew of seven for up to two weeks without outside supplies - and a small laboratory. The vehicle has a landing pad on the top capable of holding a small autogyro; the plane will be used in aerial surveys. The Kharmachov is powered by a nuclear reactor, eliminating the need for refueling during the missions. 

Two prototypes have been built and dispatched to Rhagrrhuzau Station. The Hadii Institute of Orbital Research is currently working on improvements that will make way for mass production of the car. A group of tank and autogyros pilots has also been sent to the poles by the orders of Minister of Defense Irbaykhan Mirarkiizar. Minister of Technology Zhuldyz Hadii has tasked the expedition with using the Kharmachov to establish two new bases. Research Director Trokhym Przhevalsky assured the Party that their new assignment is now their new priority. 

In a later Party meeting today, Minister of Technology Zhuldyz Hadii also announced the collaboration of the Ministry of Research with the Ministry of Education for the creation of a seed vault in the North Pole. The idea was originally proposed by the Minister of Education Kalim Khazdar. Further details about the project are currently unknown.

The People Celebrate President Hadii's Leadership!

This year's Presidential Honoring and Respect Anniversary ceremony was held in Nal'tor at the square before the Palace of the Free Tajara. Millions of citizens around all of Adhomai and beyond hurdled around the screens on the streets, bars, restaurants, and homes to watch the ceremony. President Hadii, alongside his ministers, was already present on the stage when the population was allowed to enter the plaza. The event was inaugurated by the Grand People’s Army orchestra playing the State Anthem of the People's Republic of Adhomai; the lyrics were performed by Yasmin Piaf, who was personally invited by President Hadii.

After the hymn and a couple of military songs, veterans of the previous conflict joined President Hadii to honor his leadership. Hasam Alekseev, a seventy-one M'sai sailor who served during the First Revolution, described President Hadii's heroic leadership as a captain. Following the veteran's testimony, a young soldier fighting in Hro'zamal was allowed to speak. He described the progress brought by the People's Republic to the colony and how people were glad for their presence. At his request, Minister of Defense Irbaykhan Mirarkiizar was given the floor to speak about his experience during the Second Revolution:

The Minister's statement was received by the crowd with applause. President Hadii spoke briefly after Mirarkiizar:

President Hadii's speech was met with a ten-minute long ovation. The event continued as the Hadii's Youth Clubs and Zbrojny commanders paid respect to their supreme leader. At the request of President Hadii, the Grand People’s Army orchestra played some of Piaf's most famous songs until the end of the ceremony.

The Tajara of Tau Ceti also honored President Hadii's leadership by holding their traditional dances after the event's screening. The crew of the Rhagrrhuzau Station was given a free day to celebrate. The population of Hro'zamal held a party in the city's capital to praise President Hadii's efforts in securing the colony from rebels.

Party Announces Expansion of the Housing Program; Homelessness to be Eliminated in Three Years

Since its creation, the People's Republic has fought to provide the basic rights of every Tajara. Among these rights, housing is one of the most important. Without proper shelter, an individual is unable to function and develop themselves. Despite the construction of state apartments, some Tajara are still suffering from homeless in their nation. To solve this problem once and for all, the Party announced an expansion of the Housing Program.

Proposed by Party Secretary Yakiv Hadii, the expansion focuses on expanding the construction apparatus of the state by hiring more workers and acquiring extra machinery. The workforce will come mostly from veterans returning after the end of the draft. The equipment will be brought from Hephaestus Industries. The Hadii Institute of Orbital Research is also adapting industrial robots to construction tasks. 

The apartment complexes will be built in all urban centers. These homes provide an entire family with one of the best living conditions in their nation, including heating, water, gas, sanitation, and a television. These houses are freely provided by the Party to its inhabitants. Each unit can accommodate up to two hundred families. Through the use of these revolutionary buildings, the government aims to eliminate homelessness in three years.

The proposal was accepted by President Hadii without further delay. Minister of Education Kalim Khazdar praised the welfare expansion as a step toward solidifying the Hadiist spirit. Minister of Technology Zhuldyz Hadii promised that President Hadii Advanced Manufacturing Center will be able to mass-produce the construction automatons in a matter of months. Headmaster Harrrdanim Tyr'adrr pointed out that while the Expansion of the House Program will end involuntary homeless, there might still be vagrants and beggars who will refuse to move to their assigned homes. The Headmaster then proposed outlawing any kind of vagrancy after the program has been implemented.

At Tyr'adrr's request, the Party added a new clause to the project outlawing any kind of voluntary homeless after the conclusion of expansion. Any vagrant who refuses to move to one of the state-issued apartments will be detained and reeducated. Homelessness Tajara in rural regions will be assigned to a communal farm.

Space Travel Costs to Increase, Subsidies Cut Down, Patrols Reduced

A governmental statement has been released by the Ministry of Economy that migration subsidies provided to Tajara as a result of cooperation between NanoTrasen and the Party have been reduced by a significant amount in response to the ever-growing shortage of phoron.

Many Tajara were able to enjoy financially supported travel to new places of employment over the past few years, however, the financial subsidies will now be reduced as NanoTrasen has decided to downscale the support package offered to Tajara seeking employment with the megacorporation. The reason quoted was that the costs of travel had increased as a result of phoron shortages evident across the entirety of the Spur, making it economically difficult to upkeep the benefits offered to new employees. Party Secretary Yakiv Hadii has stated that the Party will continue to provide support for Republican Tajara seeking employment off-planet, however, this will change into a flat fee covering a part of the costs, as opposed to a high percentage or full subsidy that was offered with the cooperation of the megacorporation previously.

The shortage of phoron has also reduced how many Orbital Fleet patrols are sent out across S’rand’marr. The People’s Republic continues to offer security guarantees to Tajara and its partners traveling in the Republic’s region of space with the presence of Orbital Fleet ships, but patrol routes around less populated areas of space will be traversed less frequently.

The costs for an average shuttle seat have already doubled in price, and have been on a slow increase ever since. It is predicted that the number of passengers leading away from S’rand’marr will fall as a result of this, particularly as most corporation-sponsored ships travel using phoron drives. It is also expected that there may be shortages of advanced pharmaceuticals and certain consumer goods in the near future.

S’rand’marr Piracy on the Rise, Orbital Fleet Responds

There have been increased reports of piracy across the less frequented regions of S’rand’marr and the wider Spur, which have caused concern for many Tajara that rely on travel to Hro’zamal and the main routes to other systems. Local newspapers have recently described the story of a shuttle captain, Kiziranh Azubaqjri, who had an encounter with the pirates:

“He was flying his ship as usual on the way from Hro’zamal to Tau Ceti with a full cargo of Hro’zamal Soda before he saw two ships approach quickly on the radar. They hailed his ship, said they belonged to the Hro’zamal Sham’tyrs, and demanded that he slow down or they would shoot his ship, so he had no choice but to stop. They wanted him to jettison his cargo, but his shuttle could not, so they were going to board. It was a few minutes before the Orbital Fleet patrols appeared and chased them away with gunfire. He is extremely thankful for the Party and the Navy for their help - any moment more and they would have stolen everything and probably killed him.”

The Hro’zamal administration has requested additional security presence, particularly as the colony relies on a significant number of imports to fulfill its needs and development.

Minister of Defence Irbaykhan Mirarkiizar has released a statement in response to these reports, advising that the Orbital Fleet has been dealing with these threats, and has begun reinforcing the main travel and supply routes into corridors with additional patrols.

In his statement, he has advised that the Party continues to offer security guarantees to Republican Tajara and the Republic’s partners during their travel to and from Adhomai, however, ships should divert their route through planned secure corridors that have been announced alongside the statement. These corridors encompass the direct route between Adhomai and Hro’zamal, as well as a few straight lines towards the rest of the Spur. Mandatory scans will be implemented along the corridors to deter smugglers. The Orbital Fleet will not escort ships beyond the Republic’s borders, or outside the corridors. While this would restrict safe travel to the designated corridors, it is necessary as national fuel supplies continue to dwindle.

Following the growing concern over the phoron shortage, Chief Naval Commander Samirro Qarrarhaz has also advised that he is working alongside the Minister of Technology Zhuldyz Hadii and the Hadii Institute of Orbital Research to refit and produce Orbital Fleet ships that would be capable of warp travel, the slower alternative to phoron-based engines.

Ministry of Education Introduces Health and Well-Being Program

Minister of Education Kalim Khazdar announced today the creation of a national program to promote health and physical fitness, the Hadiist Health and Well-Being Program. School curriculums will now include mandatory physical education and sports. University students involved in college athletics will be given academic benefits. An aerobics show will also be aired on public television, providing all citizens with simple exercises they can practice at home. The Ministry of Education will be responsible for introducing and maintaining the program.

The main reason behind the creation of the program was the rise of sedentarism in the modern Tajaran population. This trend is caused by the growing mechanization and expansion of easily accessible transport. While physical inactivity is far from being a widespread issue, Minister of Education Kalim Khazdar decided to prepare the Hadiist society for the future. In Adhomian history, obesity has been always linked with nobility, who could lead a life of excess by leeching off the common people. To oppose the royalist trend, the Hadiist citizen must be at his peak fitness.

The Program initially included a restriction on sales of Hro'zamal Soda; however, due to opposition from some Party members, it was excluded. Minister of Education Kalim Khazdar argued that the drink had an excessive amount of sugar. Party Secretary Yakiv Hadii explained that consumption of the soda was ultimately negligible in the citizen's daily diet and represented a valuable revenue. The argument was settled by introducing a recommendation on the product's label suggesting the consumption of only one bottle per day. The Party also decided on the creation of a sugar-free version of the drink.

The Palace of the Free Tajara is Inaugurated!

The new seat of government, the Palace of the Free Tajara, has been inaugurated today. Designed by the brightest Party architects and built in the style of Hadiist Classicism, the Palace is currently the tallest free-standing building on the entire planet. To avoid the fate of the Steeple, the new seat was built with blast-resistant materials and cutting-edge construction technology provided by intergalactic patterns - only a nuclear explosion could damage the structure. Even if the main complex is seriously threatened, a subterranean compound will allow the government to continue operations. 

The Palace of the Free Tajara will host the Party meetings, the ministries, and other statal apparatus. The building is overseen by Aparhatchyk, the Artificial Intelligence used in economic analysis; its software was updated and expanded to accommodate its new function by the Institute of Orbital Research. The Republican Guard is responsible for the security of the Palace. Minister of Defense Irbaykhan Mirarkiizar explained that the extra duties would not interfere with rebuilding the troops' strength. The seat is also home to a museum dedicated to the history of Hadiism and its many accomplishments.

A large celebration was held in Nal'tor for the inauguration. A crowd gathered before the Palace to listen to President Hadii and see the building's doors open for the first time. Alongside his ministers and corporate representatives, President Hadii made an announcement:

The crowd erupted in ovation after hearing the wise words of their great leader. The doors then opened and President Hadii took the first step in. The Party members present then followed him to another level to celebrate the inauguration with a feast. The people of Nal'tor were given a free holiday to commemorate. Most of the population spent their time in the city's bars, restaurants, and theaters. 

Any citizen will be able to visit the Palace's first level and museum after passing by a metal detector, an x-ray machine, and a body search. Foreigners can only enter if they have scheduled a tour beforehand with government guides.

Polar Expedition Discovers Ancient Meteorite

During an incursion to the interior of the North Pole, the staff of one of the Kharmachov has made an astonishing discovery: the remnants of a meteor buried in the ice. The meteorite site was found while an autogyro surveyed the area and spotted what might be a crater. Upon further investigation on the ground, the team confirmed the pilot's suspicion. Making use of the exploration vehicle's accommodations, the expedition worked for three days to uncover the finding. At the bottom of the crater, protected by layers of ice, they found a well-preserved piece of a meteorite.

Weighing about 80 tons, the meteor is the largest of its kind found on Adhomai so far. Due to its massive weight, the expedition is unable to move it. To further study it, a base was established on the impact site; the outpost was named Camp Afterfall at the request of Research Director Trokhym Przhevalsky. Early chemical analyses suggested that the meteor is mostly made of iron.

The discovery of the meteor was linked to early archeological work on historical Meteoric Weapons. Since the Tajaran antiquity, weapons made with meteoric iron were considered to bear magical properties. Historians suggested that this myth emerged from some kind of event or impact that was witnessed by the pre-historic Tajara, who believed to be witnessing a gift sent by the Gods. While small meteorites were found sparingly through Adhomai, no real evidence of a major collision was found until now.

Some of the samples collected in the crater have been sent back to Nal'tor for further study. A piece will be displayed in the museum of the Palace of the Free Tajara. During a Party Meeting, Minister of Defense Irbaykhan Mirarkiizar suggested naming the meteor "Hadii's Comet". However, President Hadii refused the honor due to unknown reasons. After a brief discussion, the rock was named Khraldrin's Hammer after a historical commander in the Suns War.

Yasmin Piaf Announces Intergalactic Tour

Yasmin Piaf, one of the most renowned Hadiist artists, has announced today the start of her newest intergalactic tour, aptly named "A Star among other stars". Unlike her last tour in 2457, "Heavensward", this one will bring Piaf outside of Adhomai. The singer plans to visit the People's Republic's colonies, the Coalition of Colonies, Tau Ceti, and the Jargon Federation. However, a single show before departure will be held in the city of Al'mari. Yasmin also disclosed she would be performing for the Kosmostrelki aboard the PRAMV Minharrzka. The ship in question is the sentinel class dispatched to aid the Republic of Biesel during the last Solarian invasion.

The announcement was met with a positive response from the fans. The Bieselitte Tajaran community, infamous on the extranet for incessantly asking for Yasmin to come to Tau Ceti, thanked the singer in multiple posts on social media. Some subversive elements, likely Al'mariist and Royalists agents, attempted to undermine the excitement by claiming that Piaf's music was "uninspired" and "lackluster". Despite these attempts, the online support for the tour was still massive.

At the Palace of the Free Tajara, the news was briefly discussed in a Party Meeting. In the face of the ongoing Phoron shortage, the necessity of the tour was called into question by some Party members. Yasmin explained that the transport would be fully provided by the SCC, without using any of the nation's resources. Minister of Education Kalim Khazdar supported the shows, calling it a great step in keeping the Adhomian culture alive outside of Adhomai. Party Secretary Yakiv Hadii promised further subsidies to artists willing to represent the PRA on the galactic stage. Headmaster Harrrdanim Tyr'adrr, citing the action of the rebels online, brought into question the safety of the star during the presentations. President Hadii tasked the People's Strategic Intelligence Service with assigning agents to collaborate with the local forces to protect Piaf.

Party Opens Permanent Embassy with the Free Council

Since the end of the previous conflict, the Tajaran society in Himeo has opened its doors to the rest of the Adhomian community. As the true protector of the Tajara in the entire galaxy, the People's Republic gladly accepted this opportunity to extend its protection to the Free Council. As part of a deal with the Free Council, the Party announced the opening of a permanent embassy in the Foundling District.

The Free Council voted in favor of establishing the embassy after hours of discussion and deliberation. The defenders of the Hadiist friendship valiantly argued in favor of further integration with the wide Tajara community, claiming that isolation has brought nothing of value to their people. Despite the resistance from the current representative, Volin Kar'etrink, they managed to gather enough support for a concession.

The embassy will act as a direct link between the Party and the Free Council's government. Through this diplomatic channel, the People's Republic aims to further the collaboration between both communities. The consulate's opening was celebrated with a small party; traditional Free Council dishes were served alongside Victory Gin and slices of Zkah'nkowa. Diplomats briefly discussed the possibility of future research and cultural exchanges. 

The establishment of the embassy was well received in Adhomai. Minister of Education Kalim Khazdar expressed interest in inviting Free Council exchange students to study the Hadiist ways. Party Secretary Yakiv Hadii arranged a shipment of Hr'ozamal soda as a gift to the Himean community. Agafya Nikiforova, the voice of the Tajara friendly to the Hadiist cause, thanked President Hadii for his efforts in bringing both communities together.

Ministry of Technology Continues Cybernetics Research

In a recent report delivered to the government, Headmaster Harrrdanim Tyr'adrr called the testing of the Cybernetic Ha'rron a complete success. Thanks to the augmentations, the prototypes proved to be a very useful addition to the People's Strategic Intelligence Service's arsenal. The Ha'rrons were extensively used in chases, contraband searches, and border patrols since their introduction. Minister of Technology Zhuldyz Hadii plans to move forward with the testing phase as soon as some minor issues related to the lifespan of the prototypes are adjusted.

In light of these positive developments, the Ministry of Technology revealed some of its latest projects in the field of cybernetics and biology to the Party:

Teams working on the communal farms of Ras'nrr Heartlands are attempting to improve the livestock through genetic and cybernetic manipulation. So far, more radical manipulations, including weight increase, heavy structural remodeling, and appendage removal, proved to be unpopular with the farmers. The Ministry of Technology proposed re-educating the rural workers to better adapt them to genetically modified animals. This proposal was refused by the Party as Party Secretary Yakiv Hadii argued that this would certainly disrupt the food security of the nation. Minister of Technology Zhuldyz instead decided to shift the team's efforts into developing an automated farm using some of the prototypes.

The Ministry of Technology also worked on augmenting other creatures, including alien ones. A group of Schlorrgos was heavily augmented by the same team that worked in the Cybernetic Ha'rron. Due to the creature's biology and other technical limitations, the researchers were only able to implant non-tesla augments. These changes involved some combat cybernetics, including mechanical saws and subcutaneous explosives, to test the possible applications of the Schlorrgo in warfare. The scientists discovered that the Schlorrgo was only effective when thrown or used as ammunition.

While these projects had limited success, they provided valuable data for further cybernetics development. Minister of Technology Zhuldyz promised that the Ministry of Technology is closer to making another breakthrough in augmentation research. Efforts are now focused on developing better life support systems and longevity-extending technologies.

Yasmin Piaf Performs for Adhomai Before Departing on Galactic Tour

As part of her latest tour, A Star among other stars, Yasmin Piaf performed yesterday in the city of Al'mari before departing to the wide galaxy. Fans from across the People's Republic gathered in the town to see their idol. Hotels were working at their full capacity. The police force received reinforcements from the People's Strategic Intelligence Service to bolster the security of the event. Agents alongside their trusty Cybernetic Ha'rrons made sure that no subversive element interrupted the celebration. Crowds filled Al'mari's great avenues and trains on their way to the performance.

The show was held at President Al'mari Stadium, the largest one in all of Adhomai. President Hadii, alongside his ministers, was present as a guest of honor. Yasmin Piaf sang her famous hits, including "You're part of me" and "Under the suns", and revealed a new song praising the Party's efforts in preserving the nation: "They thank their leader!". The performance was also transmitted through radio, television, and the extranet to all who could not attend. Yasmin Piaf and related topics trended on social media during and after the show. President Hadii refused to make a speech after the performance but thanked Piaf for the invitation in an official note.

Yasmin Piaf will perform next aboard the PRAMV Minharrzka before departing to Hro'zamal. The NanoTrasen ship that will carry the star to other systems is already waiting in the system. Chief Naval Commander Samirro Qarrarhaz assigned some Orbital Fleets to escort the transport until it reaches the Valley Hale. Corporate representatives assured the Party that their security was more than enough to guarantee the safety of Piaf; however, they did not turn down the forces dispatched by the fleet.
