When are you on Aurora?: Pretty much whenever I'm awake and not busy with something else or playing another game. That could be any time, really. Even if I'm not actually playing, I'll probably be in the lobby.

Experience

How long have you played SS13?: As long as I've been with Aurora.

How long have you played on Aurora: Just about 3 months shy of two years, I think.

How much do you know about SS13 (Baystation build) game mechanics?: A good deal, I believe. I'm most knowledgeable with BS12, but there are undoubtedly a bunch of other things that I don't know.

Do you have any experience moderating for an SS13 server?: Not for a server, but for their forums, if that counts. (Disclaimer: it was Aurora's.)

Have you ever been banned, and if so, how long and why?: No actual disciplinary bans.

Personality

Why do you play SS13?: It's fun. Really fun. It's engaging, and seems to be the only game that's ever actually held my attention for this long. I don't even really know the exact reason, I just really like it. There's no other game that really compares.

Why do you play on Aurora?: The environment, the community, the roleplay. The universe is also quite unique, and I really love being a part of it. The same applies to the community. If I'm not playing, I'm certainly chatting with others.

What do moderators do?: Alongside of ensuring that community members remain in the boundaries set by the rules or otherwise, moderators have also volunteered themselves to be guides for the community. I don't see a moderator as someone who just bans people and tells them "no, you can't do that." I see them as exactly how I explained them: guides. They've taken it upon themselves to ensure people know what they're doing and/or where they're going.

What does it mean to be a moderator for our server?: It means being friendly, helpful, and patient. I personally believe I possess all three of these qualities, and it brings me great satisfaction knowing that I'm helping someone in some way or another. It also means being responsible, something I should have absolutely no issue with.

Why do you want to be a moderator?: As stated before, it's pretty much part of my life helping people. I'm pretty active on the server, and would try to always be present when someone requires me.

What qualities do you possess that would make you a good moderator?: Patience and attitude. I don't lose my cool often, and consider myself very patient when dealing with things. I believe I also possess a very friendly, and sometimes, informative attitude.

How well do you handle stress, anger, or insults?: Stress is no biggie, I cope with it well and don't let it get to me. Insults also mean nothing to me, and even if I do get angry about something, I try not to allow it to influence my decision making and attitude towards others.

Anyway, I think that cake would be a good mod, mostly due to the fact that he has a clear record and can understand the rules and the whole spirit of the server.

I'm surprised Cake has never gotten recruited or anything. I mean, this guy almost seems like the ideal player to me. Would definitely love to see him as part of the staff;
