Mcfluff Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 I've had this problem too many times, and I'm pretty sure most other CT or QM mains have as well. Basically, if there are unanswered requests, there should be either be an "Are you sure?" message, or make it unable to call at all.
Guest Complete Garbage Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 So that pile of crates in the warehouse can't be recycled into cargo points until you spend other cargo points on some random shit just to call the supply shuttle? EDIT: Fuck I'm dumb and I can't read, nevermind. Actually a good idea.
Guest Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 Eh. I like to strategize my ordering based on the points I have, but if I deny an order just so I can send the shuttle, then I'll have to call that person back to redo their order. Really just overcomplication.
Guest Complete Garbage Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 Well I mean, a prompt that just says, "You have unprocessed orders, are you sure?" couldn't hurt.
SierraKomodo Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 Well I mean, a prompt that just says, "You have unprocessed orders, are you sure?" couldn't hurt. This would be a nice QOL change. You have no idea how many times I /thought/ I approved an order, only to find the shuttle empty when it arrives.
Nanako Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 Can you clarify a bit on why this is desired? Are unprocessed orders deleted if you call the shuttle?
Carver Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 Can you clarify a bit on why this is desired? Are unprocessed orders deleted if you call the shuttle? People can be forgetful or fail to notice a request.
Nanako Posted July 11, 2016 Posted July 11, 2016 Can you clarify a bit on why this is desired? Are unprocessed orders deleted if you call the shuttle? People can be forgetful or fail to notice a request. So you're saying, if you're not paying attention, then you do your job less efficiently? Sounds like its working as intended to me, attention to detail is the difference between a good and a bad QM
Kaed Posted July 12, 2016 Posted July 12, 2016 Yeah, I don't really see why this is needed. The only thing I could feasibly see a notice appearing for is if you request an empty supply shuttle, because I imagine your nanotrasen supply department would raise an eyebrow at you ordering nothing but a shuttle, but at the same time, you can ship things back, so maybe even that's not much of an issue.
