Add a wiki page/section for CCIA to keep up to date with CCIA emplaced/enforced regulations

Basically, for things like these posts to be up on the wiki itself, with that section directly linked on the front page, so people can stop saying 'Well I didnt see this on the forums because theres 48564798579821 threads since it was last replied to so bleh' and to make it easier to keep track of whats current and enforced.

Naturally this suggestion includes giving CCIA access to write/edit these wiki pages

This isn't a bad idea. Could definitely help with making sure that our regulations are seen and that we don't need to rely on people to mention it ingame. I'd support this. It doesn't seem too complicated to set up either.

Yeah, I am not sure if that was completely working when this suggestion was made. The General Notice is pretty good and as Arrow said, we can just go to that and choose one to automatically format and send.

I agree with this. Some of our recent notices, from processing time regulations onwards in the list, are long and only get longer. And besides, having randomly selected in-game notices isn't the perfectly accessible way to give the subjects exposure, but if we had them listed somewhere along with other regs and rulings, it would help a ton with clarity on the regulations I'm sure.

Just an FYI right now it does not display a random notice ingame.

It merely ties into the announcement menu allowing you to select if you want to use a announcement template or make a new one.

Once/if the automatic display is implemented there will be a checkbox allowing you to set if it should be shown or not.

My point is right now we already have two placed to check for ccia regs.

Rather than adding a 3rd place for people to check that will be updated (or not) we should work to improve the two places we already have.

Yeah, it was never randomly displayed by any algorithm, rather CCIAAs randomly pick one from the template list. Hmm, you're right though. We could just as easily keep a thread up in the head of staff section or maybe even the NT personnel database. I didn't know that everyone could look at it on the WI, I missed your post earlier. So there is one place which for sure has them all that is public access.

We do already have a thread up for this. Nobody bothers to read it. Back when I was CCIA, I made this thread for this exact purpose and it was mostly ignored by the playerbase: https://forums.aurorastation.org/viewtopic.php?f=95&t=5539
