The other likes him, he's a competent scientist/interim RD. OOCly, I think he's pretty neat. Would totally like to see him as a fully-fledged RD.

A bit of a warning, every time Edgar becomes an Interim RD a massive stick is blue-spaced up his ass and it is an extremely jarring change when Edgar suddenly becomes this un-approchable, paperwork hungry creature of the night instead of his usual normal self, it's probably you trying to be as professional as you can be since you are trying to become an RD, but this massive personality change is just weird and I can't be the only one that notices, but hey what do I know, maybe it's on purpose, people tend to become assholes when they get promoted. Anyways no other issues and I wouldn't mind him to be a head. +1

Anyways no other issues and I wouldn't mind him to be a head. +1 I see what you mean and understand you confusion, and normally robotics doesn't do paperwork, so i have to drill it into them so they understand. It's just very annoying for Edgar, and I'm approachable? If someone says wants to they can talk to him, just no one ever asks. Thanks for the feedback I'll change it next time I am interim
