Game ID: Last night at around midnight EST, no clue what the ID was

Reason for complaint: Over the course of the round, Chaz was pulling a robotisist gimmick for selling augments, I thought this wasn't allowed IC so I faxed Central. They replied stating it was okay as long as it doesn't break regulation. My team did inform me she technically did break regulation, and I informed them to bring her so I can talk to her, because there was an AI problem. I then canceled that order, because it was Code Green. Cane then arrested her anyway. I then informed them to let her go, because we have other issues, IE, with the AI. as we were doing with it, I'm pretty sure Tish bwionked me and started to make sure what I did was what I did. She then said it was fine and stopped. Later, after I almost died, had an infection, and made a new AI, I was talking to her, and I was going to drop all charges on her, when Loow bwionked me stating he is going to remove my whitelist. It made no sense because I had already talked with Tish and they were fine with it. I then tried to defend myself over it and then was banned for 3 days for insulting Loow. The thing is, what I saw, is Chaz tried to pull a gimmick as a robotisist, when it was a malf AI and he ahelped when it wasn't going his way. I feel like my strip of whitelist was unjustified.

For the record, Hunter, I don't resent you and I don't blame you for being upset with how things turned out. It seems to me that the more prevalent issue you see is not with the whitelist being taken, but the inefficiency of the process of application itself. I still don't want to make promises, but I can at least try to say as sincerely as possible that I will try to coordinate with Tish to process more applications more often. There is and may very well always be some sort of backlog of unprocessed applications, but the very least I can do is try to make sure that it continues to be worked on as time goes on.

In regards to this decision, I still stand by it. The Head of Security faxed central command in order to see if they had permission to go along with their gimmick. They received a fax saying the gimmick was fine and that they should be allowed to continue working so long as they were not breaking regulations.

From here, there came the decision by the Head of Security to interpret the roboticist's actions as breaking regulations. The charges were Neglect of Duty and Petty Theft.

The roboticist had renovated their workplace and made mechanical arms using their own supply of metal, but this for some reason was used as a reason to begin pursuing an arrest for i206 and i102. The HoS's OOC reasoning was that the notes regarding Petty Theft had the word "metal" in it and that by changing their work space, the roboticist was not building augments.

Not only were you not cut off from your points with a sudden ban, as your description makes it sound, but you continued to actively continue hostilities up to the minute your ban took effect, despite multiple chances to reassess the situation or make your points.

If you're going to make the point that your security team told you they were breaking regulations by staying in their lab and building, then I am sorry to say that this still sounds like bad HoS work to me. At no point should a roboticist's decision to do their job be seen as something they may need to be brought in or processed for. If you'd like to make the point that your officers pressured you into agreeing with the arrest, then I'm sorry to say that doesn't help the situation either. A Head of Security should be able to assess a situation to a certain degree. Certainly to the extent that they can tell when regulations are not being broken.

Okay,first of all, it took a month for my thing to be looked at, and even then you didnt look at it. And i trying to control my department, But cane was spreading stuff and getting people to go aganist her. I was in a meeting with my heads of staff talking about the malf ai, which caused me to get hurt in the breach of the core, which i was downed, and i told my team before to release them, but the ai shocked the doors to stop me from leaving. I also IC aplogized and said i would pay for all damages. Also there was another charge you didnt add. Making changes without a permit. I still stand on my decision that the whitelist strip was unessacary, and i still wish someone to look at this. I dont want to make an app only to get ignored for another month. If you would have looked at my app before, this wouldnt be out. But since it took so long, I call BS. Im not mad at the ban, i handled it poorly, but the strip is what set me off, that everyone says easy to gain, mine wasnt easy. I had to contact 4 staff members before anyone looked at it, and when i was very busy IC with everyone yelling next to me, it was hard. My IC plan was to let them RP. But my time decided to bother her constantly when i was in a meeting and down, when i said to watch her, not insult her and bother it. It was mostly my team disobeying orders from me multiple times, and i was downed so i couldnt have stopped it.

Chaznoodles clearly got salty that he had to listen to his Heads of Staff, something he's always had issues with (his QM cussed out my CCIA and refused multiple orders one shift) and because of his salt, he's abused his friendship with Loow to have this revoked without even a glance.

It's bullshit. We've had people make way worse mistakes and get way more changes, not only that, this is COMPLETELY an IC issue from the looks of it, and should have been handled by CCIA, NOT the Administration.

I highly suggest that a Head Admin review this. It seems utterly suspicious and ridiculous.

I have tried to use a local server but I can never get it it. And I am trying to talk to loow to apologize to him. and 15 was a typo, I meant to type 10, I knew the OD limit and never ODed anyone on it. And the main reason i got mad a loow was because he didn't even look at my app for a month, which I was posting my app in chat with him online and it was week 2 and 3 of it being out. I got really tired of it and it was making me mad.

Loow, I'm really sorry for cursing you out. I didn't intend to go down that road. I was just really mad and stressed out because of the round, and you adding that didn't help me out. By the time I had returned to my workplace, all the resources were gone. I'd also been slagged off over public comms by security officers and crew, which the HoS did nothing about. I'd messaged admins about faxing to say the gimmick was fine and they agreed to that, as it was causing no harm and had the potential to create fun for the crew who wanted to be involved, and the HoS ignored this. Hunter tried to push the blame onto the Security team repeatedly afterwards, when he had made the decisions.

As another note, Xander and Hunter both railed at me in OOC last night, including personal attacks and the like, which had to be resolved via OOC muting from staff because they would not cease. I was also accused of being metabuddies with Loow by Xander, and he has repeated that same statement in this thread. By this point, I think people know that if there was staff bias involved in this case, it would be against me.

Loow treated the case with decency and a good attitude.

Going to say this countering your first few lines. I never told my team to prevent you from working. I asked one of them to stay and watch to make sure you don't break regulations. And when you were dragged to the brig I was getting bwionked and was in a meeting IC, so we had a lot of logs and I was trying to read of it.
