How long have you been playing on Aurora?: for a Little over half a year now i think? since summer 2016.

Why do you wish to be on the whitelist?: I wish to obtain a whitelist to be able to develop my characters and be able to RP more. As a command staff you get to interact alot more with the people around you, and also be in touch with the rest of command.

Why did you come to Aurora?: I was introduced to this game by a friend and he showed me this erver as a good palce to start, stayed here ever since.

Have you read the Aurora wiki on the head roles and qualifications you plan on playing?: yes i have.

Give a definition of what you think roleplay is, and should be about: Roleplay is about telling a story involving multiple characters and factors, it is about interacting with others and having a good time. Roleplay should allways be about developing a story, and interacting with others to have fun and create new stories. Also beng able to act out playing as different characters with different personalities, mindset and the like. It is also about keeping it at a serius level, but at the same time having fun doing it.

What do you think the OOC purpose of a Head of Staff is, ingame?: The purpose of a heads of staff ingame is to server as guidence and help for the other players involved, let's say a new player joins, and they have questions on how to do the different hings, it is then your job to try and help them the best you can. it is also their job to leand and command their respective departments, and coorporate with the other command members to ensure that the station and the shift runs smoothly. dealing with the everyday subjects that command staff are exposed to, annywhere from paperwork stamping to dealing with attacking mercs, biohazzards, evacuations, vampires and meany more.

What do you think the OOC responsibilities of Whitelisted players are to other players, and how would you strive to uphold them?: i believe that the OOC responsebility of whitelisted players are to be helpfull towoards others, and allways tryong their best to help others if they have questions about the game or Things related to their respective departments, fx a cadet asking how the warrent system Works to take an example. Personally i allways try and help where i can, if someone asks a question i will allways try and answer it theb est i can, i also often end up teaching new players about the game if they join in the same department as me. and enjoy doing it.

Character age: 45

Please provide a short biography of this character (approx 2 paragraphs): Jack Walker was born in England, Earth. his Family lived on a farm in the countryside. His mother was a doctor and his farther a farmer. From a Young age, Walker expressed a good interest for Medical practice, he was allways helpfull towoards other, being generaly caring for the people around him. for the most part, his life as a child was a normal one, with othing of special note happening, besides one thing. when he was 12, his parrents decided to take him on a trip into Space. however, while leaving the earths atmosphere, the shuttle hit something, and the hull was breached, during this incident, Walkers mother died saving him from certain death, her body was never recovered. Following this, Walker decided to vow his life to the Medical practice in memmory of his mother, and spent the NeXT meany years studying, and training to become a highly skilled Medical doctor himself. with several degrees and PHD's. at the age of 43, he was picked up by NT, and after some interveiws, he was offered a job on the research station the NSS. Exodus as a Medical doctor, based off his broad skillset. he accepted the offer, and now Works there.

What do you like about this character?: i love his ability to remain calm in very stressfull situations, and his proffesionalism regarding his job and Work as a Medical doctor.

What do you dislike about this character?: the fact that he has a tendency to put himself at risk to save others.

What do you think makes this character fit to be a head of staff?: I think his genneral calm attitude and professional approach to Things would make him a pretty decent head of staff, he knows what he is doing, and he is really good at it. he is calm under stress, and he knows how lead other people around him.

I like the app, and the backstory is quite good, interesting. For most people I request some extra development on the questions, but I think you hit the nail on the head.

It should be noted that Seb is a great example of OOC conduct. When he got valided for no reason as a ling, he didn't complain excessively in dsay, he ahelped, and made a few calm remarks about how poorly the ERT handled it.

Also, Seb is excellent at RP. I haven't had many chances to ICly interact with him, but when I have, it has been massively enjoyable. I think he really gets into character, and treats other characters as people. All in all, probably 8-9/10, he is what the community can strive to be like in terms of RP.

So, overall, a strong +1.

I think you're a pretty chill guy, both icly and oocly. Not a big source of salt when shit goes sideways, and I like the way you RP your characters.

Although I think Walker is a good doctor, he needs an attitude adjustment when it comes to less than "favourable" patient losses. He tends to lose his shit when things go bad and his patients die.

I can fix that problem. And yes i agree that i really need to tone it down. I will do that from now off.

Our characters haven't had much interaction in game, but I have hung out with Seb in the voice channel in Discord and he is a really cool dude to hang out with. I think he has what it takes to be level headed when things get crazy like every head of staff needs to be.

I haven't seen much of Walker in action, but most of Seb's characters are very good to RP with, and i believe Seb would be a good Head of Staff, because he knows what he is doing, and i think he would help a lot more getting this application accepted. +1 from me.

As ultra sec-minded player, I tend to notice and remember mostly shit behaviors and characters. None of his characters ever came to mind with anything other than exemplary behavior. Having seen Jack's professionalism, and Samiya's good Sec ethic, I believe both Seb and his character would make for an excellent Head of Staff.
