Alright, i will be taking this appeal. First off, i have a few questions. mostly regarding your reason for the appeal. claiming that you wish to be unbanned because you will increase the server population dosen't really seem like a serius answer, nor does it suggest that you intend to adhere to our rules this time around. Secondly, i would like to ask you, what you will do to avoid doing the original thing that you were banned for again? have you gotten any experience with HRP servers since you were banned? lastly, i would like to ask if you have an alternative Ckey that you used to log into the server with? i am unable to find anyone with the Ckey that you have listed. (edit) please also label your unban request properly.

I've known Riq for a while, and looking back to his old days, i can say that he has come a long way. From what i've seen of him in the present time, i feel that riq has evolved enough as a player to have a go at the command role, you know the game well, and have a good sense of logic when you try hard enough. As with the others i agree that the backstory is a bit lacking, however im certain that you will find a way of evolving it when playing the game and given some time. Overall, i think Riq will be a good addition to the command roster, he still has a few things that he needs to learn, but im fairly sure that he will get better at it with time. all in all i feel confident in giving my support for this application. +1

very well then, now back to the appeal itself. I have a proposition. I will lift the ban now, if you agree to the following terms of conditions. (1) you promise that you will strive to avoid situations like this one again in the future, and to not break the rules of the server. (2) you will be given a 3 week brace period, where if you aquire any warnings or a large collection of notes, or cause any major issues, a permanent ban will be swiftly re-applied with a 1 month appeal time. (3) Read the rules and make sure you fully understand them for future refference. (4) Improove the overall quality of your behavior on the server.

Right then. First of, as for your appeal reason, i understand that everyone can have bad or stressful days, and sometimes people can snap if they get pushed over the egde. However in this case, the actions that you did while i was PM'ing you discussing the issue regarding the mercs, are pretty inexcuseable. Just because you get angry dosen't excuse the fact that you took it off on other players in the round, by charging at an antag, fully disregarding any concern for your own character or the rules regarding behavior of characters, this and the fact that you disconnected aswel during the PM session. with that out of the way, let's move on to the appeal itself, it has been 9 days since you have been banned, during the time leading up to this permanent ban, you have recieved a 3 day ban, and 3 warnings regarding your conduct on the server in quick succesion. Personally, i am inclined to deny this appeal, and have you wait 2 weeks (14 days) before re-appealing it, to give you some time to re-evaluate your behavior on the server, however i am willing to discus terms for lifting the ban before the two weeks have passed. Finally, i have a question for you, looking at the logs i can see that on the same day that i applied this ban, a different Ckey with the same IP and CIP as you attempted to connect to the server, i'd just like to know if this was you or someone else.

Zelm joining the synth masterace? why not. Jokes aside, i think this is a well written application. i like the backstory of the character, it's simple, and serves a purpose, with potential to evolve over time through interactions and RP with other crew. As for Zelm himself. From what i've experienced from working with you on the staff team, and just speaking to you in general, you're a nice chap who's nice to have around. you have your priorities in good order and you're serius about what you do. I think that you will do great as an IPC. +1 from me, you have my support.

Overall this is a good well written application, and i agree with your overall answers to the questions. The character itself seems interesting, and the backstory is one i haven't heard before. As a player, i know Kyres as a nice and friendly chap, i've never had any issues with them myself, and i enjoy their characters, they are fun and well rounded, and he has improoved over the time of playing here. so you have my support on this, i believe that you will make a great head of staff. +1 from me.

Alright so, looking through your records, you already have a note and a warning from this month for this behavior of going AFK at roundstart. so in my opinion you've already had 2 chances to stop doing this. This isen't a permanemt ban or a server ban, you're still free to play on the server, just not as science for a week. I will therefore be denying this appeal. Take this time to think about how you can avoid this situation in the future.

So, do you no longer wish to appeal this or? im left a bit at a loss. And try checking in your OOC tab, you should have a verb called warnings or veiw warnings.

The 20 minute rule is a general staff rule that we have in place for dealing with AFK/SSD people. And i don't recal you ever saying that you didn't have time to inform the staff? just that the game wasen't on your mind, you never said that you had to urgently leave.

Alright, first off, the warning that you have been given prior to this ban being applied. This was on the fourth of Arpil (4/4-18) a week ago. From here i can see that you indeed haven't acknowlegded the warning, which confuses me a bit as it should show up on your greetings tab whenever you log on to the server. Second point, you say that you went to take a shower. At the time of you being Ahelped for going AFK, you had been inactive for 70 minutes. Clicking Ready up, joining in the round, and then going to do something else is not really a great idea, as it effectively locks whatever jobslot you decided to join as until you come back. It is prefered that you either ghost, or wait with joining the round if you are gonna go do something else anyway. Onto the third point, you say that you have been told that the server automaticly kicks you? Well i can inform you that the server does not kick you for being AFK, the staff team does if they find you AFK in the round. Could you perhaps tell me who it was that told you that the server kicks you if you go AFK? As a final note, if you have to go, cryoing yourself, Ahelping informing the staff present that you have to leave so that they can cryo you, or just shooting a DM to a staff member in discord is prefered.
