As a psychiatrist you need to go looking for work more than waiting for it to come to you. Check peoples medical records and if they have something iffy in it tell them to come in for a psychiatric evaluation. Same said for when people do strange crimes (like killing animals) and tell security they need a evaluation. What cake said about random debuffs without peoples consent would be a annoyance more than anything, especially when no one is there to fix it. Lots of people like to play the "crazy" person, you got to hunt them down and evaluate their asses.

I agree with this, having a face hugger as a pet makes no sense at all. If you have ever watched any of the Alien movies you would know that having one of these things on the station in the first place is a horrible idea even if its neutered. They are remorseless killing machines not a fuzzy little friend to carry around with you. They jump on your face, choke you unconscious and literally rape your face. Plus Xenomorphs are meant to be unknown to the crew, I doubt many RDs would even have much knowledge of them.

So it has been a couple months since I last applied for this and at that time we had around 6 Mo'Taki active causing my app to be denied by Sierra which was fair to me but 2 months on the Mo'Taki numbers have fallen to the point where it is rare to see more than 2 on the station. Just checking if maybe you changed your mind about it, Nebs and Nano both liked my app, if not I will check back in a couple more months. Need Mo Mo'Taki, one of the best families on Aurora.

Problem with this is they don't learn their lesson, they just go straight back to what they are doing before the beating.

why don't janitors get soap? its one of the best tools for cleaning. I've heard some people say it makes them a "slip master" but I think that's a pretty lame excuse. Having soap would help at those times when you have no space cleaner left and we have no chemists to make more.

So usually when I am playing in dead hour at times we have no security on the station and people decide its a great time to start breaking stuff, stealing things and being a pain in the ass. I was wondering what are we meant to do in these situations. Playing an engineer it gets really annoying having to fix the same window 5-10 times because some jackass thinks its fun to keep breaking it. What exactly can we do in these positions? Do we take the law into our own hands and deal out some street justice? Would like some feed back please and thank you

You know the people, they are in and out of the brig every single shift for petty crimes, sometimes being arrested 3-5 times in one shift for the same crime and never seem to learn. I was wondering with these people if after they commit a certain amount of offences they will get perma-brigged for the rest of the round (like some kind of 3 strike rule) or face far longer sentences or additional penalties. I wonder how many times Cals has been arrested for indecent exposure.

Phoebe CMO is something I have indeed considered, but it's not something I wish to fill my whitelist app with. Private input would be welcome. Phoebe would make a good CMO, mostly because she wouldn't let her medical team get up to no good and would make them work. A no nonsense boss is what medbay needs, keep them dam chemists and geneticists in check.

These look good but how bout making new floor and wall sprites? I've been playing ss13 for over 5 years and I swear the walls and floors have never changed. For the HOS pet I was thinking a German shepherd. If you are doing hair styles how bout adding more Unathi horn/frill/spines styles? they only have a couple, same with Skrells.

I actually mused with this idea, seriously. Just make like, an unreachable Z-level with a derelict version of our space station, with a bunch a discarded paperwork lying around dated 2458. Oh, and bones. Lots of bones. and of course, make a really obscure and hard way for research AND engineering to build a time machine that teleports people to said Z level. Of course, the derelict doesn't get much use, so maybe it's a waste of effort. Maybe for an event, then. This but make it so you go back in time to some medieval castle

Why has the server been down for so long? has some asshole Motherfucker jackass not nice person taken it down like last time or is it another issue? As for what I've been doing while the server is down is mostly playing Mount and Blade Warband.
