I was talking to someone about this the other day. I HATE The fact that we use flares on a closed loop atmospherics system, it is just asking for a death wish. I think respriting to be glowy glow sticks would be a great idea. Never underestimate the power of Cyalumes. What would be even cooler would be if we could get different colours, (Red, Blue, Green, White, etc)

Alright, thats the new SOP, thats been in development for months and which we do not follow yet. I am talking about an immediate change we can employ.

No? You can't? A) Its my security char. B) Its a resprite of the standard issue vest, as in, its meant to look different...

I choose to suggest a change to the SOP to allow security to display one of their items "visibly" on their vest. Namely the baton as opposed to the taser. Why? Currently the SOP states that weapons must be hidden. Realistically that would mean the backpack, because if it was on a belt, in a holster or whatnot, it would still be "visible". IC'ly all crew members know we are armed, so whats the point of hiding them and slowing down response to an incident? Secondly I raise the point that security and police forces in reality openly display weapons, within holsters. Its called deterrent.

I would hope it isn't however. I also already have the sprite made from a previous project.

I wouldn't mind if it depended on the poison, because in reality the pain depends on the poison. I.e. Some kill you painlessly, where as others are going to cause tremendous amounts of pain once it takes effect.

I'm going to sound like a dick (And a hypocrite to the point that I am contemplating removal of my own custom item seeing as its also out of the lore now) but bring toys to work? Really? And if you have a mental disorder to the point that you are imagining a talking duck? Would you really be working on highly expensive research station? Other than to be a test subject? Other than that, Meow is a good roleplayer, hasn't abused any of the several hundred other custom items they have. ( )

To aid the coder that may/may not take this on. Can we please state the request CLEARLY AND SIMPLY instead of burying it in a paragraph? On this suggestion and future suggestions. On an ontopic note: This seems like a possibly good idea to be honest.

Not sure about the ID, I can see reasons for saying yes, but also reasons for saying no. But a binder and pen? Definately. I will give my +1 to support meow. Because Meow has consistently proved to be a good Role-player in both humorous and serious aspects as required.

On the subject of clothing/non-anthro aliens. It is ALOT OF WORK. At least let the dev team finish the map overhaul before we turn that subject into its own specific discussion otherwise we will be overloaded.

Always helps to have another pair of hands on the team. Especially if they bring with them a specialism. (I.e. Economics)

Indeed. This sort of thing (carry over currency) has been suggested multiple times, might be possible to do now we have wiki/new forum server, but not sure, I'll leave it to skull and the rest of our coder monkeys (love you all, no homo)

(Just a note, dream maker ain't a separate download it's part of the BYOND installation. ) Never had any issues with you ingame or out of it, character wise I can see the reason for it, not sure why they would use a full face covering but I won't argue it. :3 +1
