  1. Also, sec fines rely on EFTPOS, although it seems I am the only warden/officer that I see asking to get one from cargo. I must admit I would love to see SOP have the barkeeper charging for drinks, specifically alcohol, because getting free alcohol in a workplace is retarded as fuck.
  2. I know what you mean, but you don't always have a choice when it comes to being an antag, whether I am forced into it or get it by accident. I crashed the entire rev movement by RPing as a traitor rev and getting names and crimes, then turning them over to Security. It resulted in a PM from admin, as people started randomly ending up in the brig as being part of the mutiny. It was bad, yes, and I don't intend to do it again. It would save time to admins by not having me asking to remove antag from me every time I get it. That's what I'm trying to achive with this. It would also spark RP when people notice I have an implant. You could set your character to not be choosen as a antag in the antag preferences section of character creation?
  3. Just to focus on a small clarification no one seems to understand. Lowell = Mars Mendell = Biesel.
  4. NOTE: This is NOT for people to sit in CC and Chair RP, that is not how the mechanics of the CC Duty officer will work. PumpkingSlice: Edited a thing to make it stand out more.
  5. I wouldn't mind seeing these. It'll be interesting to see the turban, but it would still make sense, I mean Sikhs in the British military get them specially issued, not armoured mind.
  6. Boots for cadets. Monnnneeyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
  7. That is hardly related to the bar having shutters at that point, given that people getting drunk implies the bartender is- That the bartender isn't doing his/her job properly? How can he do his job properly when s/he isn't there?
  8. The bar tables exist for a reason. I personally am fed up of round after round seeing people hop over the bar and then getting piss assed drunk and unable to do their jobs. Heck there shouldn't even be a fecking bar with the fact that the station isn't permanently manned with the same crew but rather commonly rotating shifts, but I ain't here to make that argument.
  9. I second this motion! and request it be carried over to the bar area!

    Allergies?

I would support this, but in the mean time, for basic things like Food allergies and pet allergies, best you can do is RP it, I used to do it. But I ended up stopping for some reason though. It was funny, my HoS/Sec char was allergic to pet hair, and thus, I made him sneeze around Tarjaran chars. xD
  13. Can I just ask, what IC justification is there for to put it bluntly, having sex at work? If you can't go 4 hours without sticking it in something, well then... I think the char has issues.
  14. You are aware that the official complaints section is NOT for joke complaints right? Good. Bye. P.S. I know I am a killjoy.
  15. About adding things to their office! Remove about, all of the folders, there is simply no need for 7 folders in the damned office If you got 2 IAA's and they do paperwork properly there is. Besides, if you don't want them, put them in the damn filing cabinet, simples.
  16. We had exosuits, but the code got borked and hasn't been repaired yet.
  17. To be fair, from my position, to a small degree they are cops. If you look at the updated "space law" it is now the "Corporate Regulations" and some of the co-incide with "SolGov" (In our case Sol Alliance) law, and are required to be reported from station to SolGov (Sol Alliance) so to a certain degree, they are enforcing the law, but for the bigger picture their job is indeed to be mallcops/security guards, but they are still enforcing a set of rules/regulations/laws, so personally I actually think the Officer title is possibly for the best. But all in all I am on the fence with this idea. But I also want to propose another reasoning into the pool, in real life a Security GUARD can have a Police OFFICER with them in 5-20 minutes if a criminal is around. In space, on this station, it would take quite a bit longer for full officers of the law to be with us, the best we can get is the paramilitary ERT teams for prisoner transfers, but in that time the station security still need to secure, process and control the suspects, our security staff are also authorized to enforce punishments per the Corporate Regulations and Sol Alliance law, making them more Officers than Guards. At least, in my opinion that is. Thank you for reading.
  18. Heh, makes me think of a book I read once called H.I.V.E where the security forces there had lethal weapon caches secured around the facility that could only be accessed by the Bossman and Chief of Security.
  19. No. They are bureaucrats. Not 007 secret service agents.
  20. Hmm. I don't normally voice my support on these much any more. But you got it this time buster! The fact that the backstory is built from IC occurances is a plus, and from reading the app, I don't see any reason why not.
  21. I could have sworn you already had this? If not +1
  22. Mass bombings aren't allowed without very good reason, same as antagging with atmos kit.
  23. New sammac fact! I am a qualified Cadet Assistant Signals Instructor. I can teach/test from a Basic Cadet up to 2* Cadet Radio User. I can also assist in the teaching of Crossed Flag Courses (Cadet Radio User (VHF), Cadet Linesman (Field Cable/Telephones) and Cadet Signaller (HF))
  24. Both of these jobs can be easily filled by players within the assistant role.
