  1. Cefrey clicks on her ship comm, "Are we approaching?"
  2. Yes, we do. Assuming all testimony in here is accurate, you would both likely be severely punished for unprofessional behaviour and misuse of Nanotrasen property to accentuate a petty feud.
  3. Cefrey shook her head, "Nope, this rig has stabilisers only; inaprovaline, normal dexalin, and the like. It's to keep me alive, not act as a dispenser; plus, I'm not entirely sure how to syphon it.I have a fair volume of plus in my equipment, but it's a very dangerous chemical in untrained hands."

  5. Cefrey smiles at Richter, "I'm glad to hear that; this suit should make your life easier, if it comes to it; medicinal reserves and blood coagulents, in case someone thinks it'll be fun to poke holes in me."
  6. Cefrey sat close to the centre, double-checking her gear.

    Add Teranium

Hit it with something hard enough, and if it is charged, it's gonna hurt. I calculated it with my professors to be similar to the potential power of dynamite.

    Add Teranium

Hello all, thought I should make another one of these. Teranium is a heavy chemical that is currently in the lore; it's the not-so-handwave reason why all of our high power storage items work, such as SMESs, power cells, laser guns, and the rest. I say, not-so-handwave because I worked on and confirmed it's properties with two physics professors and a chemistry professor before it ever appeared here. It's been around for a good long time in the lore, and it would be an interesting thing to have on station, whether on the asteroid, or in rare crystal finds. There is more information here: http://aurorastation.org/wiki/index.php?title=Teranium It would be an interesting new find for miners, especially on the ground map. It could even pose new hazards! Where they find a charged vein of it, and they are at risk of a detonation. Science could use it for all sorts of fun, ranging from electrical arc weapons, to large explosives that are charged rather than mixed.

    Regulations Changes

Whasthistodowithme? The only thing I wrote up were punishments for DOs to hand out.
  11. I might suggest a different name. I originally thought this was a joke post.
  12. Cefrey checks the lockers over, spotting her name on one near the center. Opening it, she begins the arduous process of donning and activating the lightly armoured suit. Once this is done, she inspects the arrayed equipment, slotting various medical supplies into her bag, along with a ballistic pistol. Shouldering the bag, she holsters an energy rifle on her hip, and engages her helmet, the word "Dawn" writes itself across the strip. "Is there anything else that I may need to take, Team Leader? I'm well off for medical supplies, as well as a weapon, and backup sidearm."
  13. Cefrey glances over at Richard, "Have you been listening to anything? It's an asteroid, that means a vacuum; it's a heavily fortified compound, not a random office building. It has been classified as close to a suicide mission by the Major. So how about you wind in that ego of yours before you get everyone killed, and fail the mission, or is that not badass enough for you? Badass gets people killed, so chuck that "rule of cool" shit out of the window, before we all end up in bags."
  14. So it is known; Jackboot and I are still on friendly terms, infact, when I suggested that I resign from the lore team to help alleviate any tension, he refused it. This issue is currently being discussed.
  15. Cefrey looked around at the team arrayed around the table, "I've been less ready, I suppose."
  16. Cefrey Torne double-checks her rucksack. "Suicide mission... Any chance of overwatch? Distractions? Fire support?"
  17. This will continue in January; I did not take Christmas into account.
  18. Incident reports cannot be based on antag activity, as it can give characters canon knowledge of said antagonists, or the precedence to claim it.
  19. Note: Changelings are NOT allowed knowledge.
  20. Right, much like the SA election from a while ago, we are now having TC elections. Fill this in, post them here, and next week, I will post up a voting thread. Name of party: Candidate for President in the upcoming election: Brief description of the candidate: Who are the party's biggest financial backers?: What is its opinion on Nanotrasen's level of influence in Tau Ceti?: How does the party view the non-human minorities? (Unathi, Tajaran, synthetics): Is the party friendly to the Sol Alliance?: What other information about the party do you want to include?:
  21. Name: Cefrey Torne Alias: Dawn *Team role: Medic *Gender: Female *Race: Human Preferred Gear: Stabiliser suit: a lightly armoured suit that works automatically to staunch injuries and halt toxicity spread in the wearer, this suit, while well-designed, can be overwhelmed with sudden traumatic damage, or from simple overuse. ((Pretty much, if she gets eviserated, the suit's gonna say "Fuck this", anything that would be immediately lethal, or lethal within a few seconds, like critical organ or artery damage, the suit will have little to no effect.)) Age: 27 Faction: Ocitox Intergalactic Appearance: An athletic woman of average height, with dark brown hair pulled back to a tail and blue eyes, she is relatively non-descript, her most significant feature being a small scar on her chin. Backstory: Would you like this character to be an antagonist, if an antagonist setting is chosen? Y(Y) N()
