Maybe a coding addition that means if someone who is aiming at someone else; say, a nuke op pointing their rifle at the captain's head; if they are shot; (and or stunned?) They automatically fire one round. That would help prevent Sec just bypassing negotiation.

Openly disregarding and insulting a head of staff acting in a sensible and reasonable fashion would end badly if it was handed to my team; there is no defending that; they would be looking at severe consequences along the line of permanent demotion or termination for being so blatantly idiotic as to take a crap on the RD'S authority and basic regulations. (Along with the cloning thing) And no, the alien language limit does NOT apply just to general comms; it extends to any official channel where multiple species have access; the fact that was brought up as an excuse irritates me; as it is a very lazy, flimsy one. It doesn't matter if you got called a racial slur at work; if you go at them with lethal weapons (Tajaran are predators; so their claws are designed to kill or maim), then you will be inside a prison cell for a loooonnnng time; assault with a deadly weapon is a serious charge; and it doesn't matter if they insulted you first, it's called the escalation of proportional force. On that note... a way to cut fown super-sass scratchy kitties and geckos may be to treat their unarmed attacks as assault with a deadly weapon; given the purpose of claws.

They were CovertOddity's creation; and since he left; along with the downsize in our coders, and the other major responsibilities, like the map, and the suggestions board. As far as I am aware, the Vaurca are on indefinite hold until someone actually steps up and starts working on them. We've had quite a few people complaining about the halt on the Vaurca, but, again, as far as I am aware, none of them have actually decided to help the Dev team.
