1. Bump. I'll post up the finalised poll on Wednesday; keep sending names.
2. Addition: Serveris and SierraKomodo have been unleashed like enraged Valkries bringing the twin Furies of Paperwork and regulation down on the poorer elements of Security.
3. In progress.

5. I already said... Plagiarist, *sprays a spray bottle at Frances* Bad.
6. But... The new rule is in the complaints thread... Hence the relevance... It's not just admin complaints, it's player complaints as well.
7. I have an elf army now...
8. A good number of the ones against The_Furry as well.
9. It's that OTHER time again! PM me your favourite characters, any number of them, though you can't submit your own, and I will draft up a nominee poll for the community to decide. The bottom 24 go to the NTCG. ((http://aurorastation.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=1793&hilit=Nanotrasen+Corporate+Games))
10. Why do we need to have a blanket rule for this? What does that rule do that simply looking at posts and saying "okay, this is relevant and can stay" or "this is derailing and can be deleted" cannot do? I would say the blanket rule came into effect recently because we have had a lot of peanut gallery...ing, in the recent complaints, nearly every one in the last couple of months have exploded into a multi-page shitstorm; the rule is severe, but a loud proportion of the community has shown that they can't be trusted otherwise. The rule in and of itself is not bad, it's just the other hand, in an ideal world, it would work fine, everything would be worked out in an unbiased fashion. Real life isn't ideal however, a better suggestion than removing the rule, however, may be to alter it to allow evidence from other people to be presented, and strict penalties for shit-posting and flame-inciting in those threads.
11. Read Sub-forum rules before posting please.
12. They found possible signs of water on mars, in that they found salt-rich run off tracks that appear to change from season to season, but this could be due to dust storms, or various other anomalies.
13. To be fair, I did create that newspaper, not Boot.
14. As a note, being caught out lying to a DO obviously carries heavy consequences. 1st: Warning. 2nd: Demotion. 3rd: Fired. This isn't to say that you CAN'T lie to Duty Officers, but if you do, be smart about it; HR personnel and Internal Affairs guys in ordinary companies can royally mess you up if you lie to them, and they catch it.
15. Do painted models count in this thread? The entire thing is about 8 inches long, 11 inch wingspan, and the highest point, one of the wingtips, is 5 inches up. Took me 9 and a half hours from grey bits to painted built. I'm finishing up a Prince on Griffon now.
16. Wouldn't the heart be a battery? And the posibrain already is a motherboard-CPU thingamy.
17. Synnono Edit: Please see updated rules in the Appeals subforum.
18. Appealing Personnel: Specific Incident: Action taken as a result: Action contested: Reasoning for contest:
Additional notes: (If there are none simply leave it blank)
19. Code green can also be applied to a police officer walking down the street; they still wear a stabvest; the reason being that an emergency can happen at any time; a stabvest helps ensure the officer is not the first victim; and is thus able to stop the psychopath/wannabe gangster/bank robber using said knife. EDIT: Code Green doesn't mean no threat; it means no known threat; but one may emerge at any point; the same with standard policing.
20. Aye, the intention was most definately to get a big spoon out and do some stirring. As for Void's post; it's fairly obvious that that is a needlessly rude and abrasive post; I wouldn't support a ban on either of them; but I could see a warning for being overly shitposty without cause.
21. ((Same as Jen, here.))
22. If it's completely serious then it's designed to piss people off rather than make them smile. It's a malicious shitpost.
23. As a note, I DID report Storyteller's post very quickly after it was put up; it was a pointless, gratuitious shitpost designed to cause angry responses, likely from Furry. In addition, Storyteller has already stated in this thread that the post was serious, not satire; and ifbthat was sarcasm on his part, he shouldn't have done it in a complaint thread.
