Right sorry about being so slow on this, Dreamix was right it was a genetic fault meaning that there was no reversing it although a few(1 in a million) have somehow resisted the fault. As for the Weurusian they've denounced technology so they do not have the fault although sometimes you'll have a Weurusian who's family was not of the same beliefs so basically. Not all of the skrell have the fault but most do, and yes the Weurusians are less likely to have the fault due to not abusing cloning technology as other skrell have in the past. Hope that helps if you have any more questions just Pm me and I'll try to make my answers more coherent.

Just a note, back when me, sphere and chaz first started aurora the BYOND team were VERY supportive in our efforts, often being who we went to when Aurora was DDOS'd again and the like. Disregarding them just to keep SS13 alive is not only incredibly difficult but downright rude. I am however in favour of anything that does support them such as exclusive(new) roles for BYOND donators and the like. They deserve that much considering without them Aurora wouldn't be a thing, nor space station 13.

Answers need to be at least a paragraph long and the backstory is slightly lacking, fix those issues and I can accept you.

Backstory needs to be two paragraphs long and the questions need to be one paragraph each, can accept it after those are fixed.

It's nice to see intelligent feedback on an application and I'm more than willing to accept this application once you update your answers to the required length. Second your character is definitely fine and even if you wanted to do a skrell who wasn't the brightest and tended to let his anger control himself more then do it. Don't let other people's perceptions on a race affect your decision to make a character that isn't the norm. Just because a race tends to be something doesn't mean it can't be something else, if we had a race of ALL intelligent and non-emotional beings we'd be quite unrealistic because no one person is the same, people can be different. So yes do what you wish to do with the character bud.
